-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- English - Inglés: [Google Translator] Primateria is one of those games you open “just for a bit to see what it’s about,” and before you know it, more than an hour has passed and you’re still there—kind of confused, but intrigued. I won’t lie: at first I felt like a clueless scientist who clearly didn’t read the manual… but that’s exactly where the fun is. It has this weird vibe between experiment and controlled chaos, where you’re not sure if you’re doing something brilliant or if everything is about to blow up in five seconds (spoiler: sometimes it does). And still, you want to keep trying. It’s like cooking without a recipe—throwing in random ingredients, crossing your fingers, and hoping you don’t burn the kitchen down… but when it works, you feel like a genius. Visually it’s simple but it does the job, and the music stays in the background without getting in the way—which is great when you’re focused trying to figure out what you just created. That said, this isn’t a game that holds your hand: it drops you in and goes “figure it out,” which can be a bit frustrating at first, but it’s also what makes it interesting. 6,5/10. With just about an hour in, I can’t say I’ve mastered it—not even close—but it definitely left me curious. And nowadays, with how many games you try for five minutes and drop, the fact that this one doesn’t is already saying a lot.
Game's awesome. It's sort of like Yu-gi-oh, but here's a brief run-down of gameplay: You start by drawing your hand, which consists entirely of monster/creature/unit cards. Each card has a mana value associated with it 1-4. Unlike in other Roguelike Deckbuilders where there is a set pool of mana/energy that refreshes each turn and playing cards deducts from that mana, you don't have a system like that here. Instead, you can play creatures with mana value 1 immediately from your hand for free. To summon creatures of mana value 2 or more you must 'fuse' creatures whose mana value exactly equal that creature. Those creatures used for fusion are held within that newly summoned creature as mana. You can attack other creatures using 1 or more creatures you have whose mana value exceeds that targetted creature, and if successful, kills that creature but 'binds' your creature preventing it from attacking for the rest of the turn. Your opponent also plays by the same rules, and if they have creatures remaining they can use those to attack your creatures. Each time a creature of yours dies you take 1 damage, and if the total damage you recieved is 10 or more, you lose and damage carries over (but there are opportunities to heal). This game is very much about amassing awesome combos turn 1, FTK simulator effectively. You'll very likely have a lot of fun, as I have.

CREATED BY BRAZILIAN DEVELOPER!!! 🔥 Primateria – A Strategic and Visually Stunning Fusion Roguelike Card Game Primateria is a standout in the card game and roguelike genres, combining deep strategy with original mechanics and a vibrant visual style. Developed by Yfrit Games and published by Surefire.Games, it offers a fresh, rewarding experience for fans of both deckbuilders and fantasy card games. 🧪 Infinite Fusion System – A Game-Changing Mechanic The core highlight of Primateria is its infinite fusion system. Inspired by the mechanics of Yu-Gi-Oh!, it allows players to fuse cards repeatedly, creating ever-stronger tokens and opening up endless possibilities for creative combos and adaptive strategies. This mechanic removes the traditional limitations of mana and summons, enabling a fluid, dynamic gameplay loop that rewards experimentation and foresight. 🧠 Strategic Depth with Unique Card Systems Primateria introduces a variety of mechanics that significantly enrich gameplay: Card Regression: When high-level cards are defeated, they split back into their original forms instead of being destroyed — adding a layer of risk vs. reward to every action. Adaptive Mana System: Mana is tied directly to the fusion process, influencing not just the ability to play cards but also the use of special powers. Dual Graveyard System: Featuring a "Damage Pile" and a "Discard Pile", managing card loss becomes a key part of strategy, especially when building long-term synergies. Positioning Mechanics: The game uses frontline/backline dynamics, so where you place your units on the board deeply affects both offensive and defensive outcomes. 🎨 Stunning Visuals & Immersive Soundtrack Primateria features a vibrant, high-contrast art style with mysterious, anime-inspired characters. Each card and token has distinct visual identity. The soundtrack, heavily inspired by classic JRPGs and games like Sonic, provides an energetic, immersive audio experience that supports the game’s mood perfectly. 🔁 Replayability & Expanding Content Thanks to its roguelike structure, no two runs are alike. You'll encounter ever-changing maps, a wide selection of relics, consumables, and card combinations that keep the gameplay fresh. Como sempre digo "Um tem que ter" para quem ama cards!
牌库少,节奏慢,一开始还有点新鲜感,越玩越觉得重复度非常高,单调到无聊。
A Surprisingly Deep Deckbuilder with Strong Archetypes this game deserves more popularity. People say this game is similar to Yu-Gi-Oh!, but I’ve never played that, so I can’t speak to how much it borrows from it. What I can say is that the card mechanics here feel well thought-out and make deck building genuinely enjoyable. Cards are clearly designed with distinct archetypes in mind—things like token generation, multiple attacks per turn, cycling , or sacrificing health for greater value. It’s fun to discover synergies and build around specific strategies, and there’s enough variety that experimenting with different approaches doesn’t get old. Even without knowing the inspirations behind it, the game stands on its own with tight design and satisfying combos. If you enjoy roguelike progression and creative deckbuilding, this one’s worth checking out.
Yugioh + Hearthstone + Slay The Spire with some adjustments that make the Yugioh actually work. Fusions regress to their original cards when you destroy them, meaning you still have material even if you lose your boss monster. You can attack a target with multiple creatures, meaning that walling is more about building up board interactions rather than just having a high stat card. Beating over creatures damages life points, 1 per, and players have 10 LP. There's three front row and two back row slots, and the back row can't be attacked until the front is gone. All of this makes the board state actually quite dynamic. You can rotate your enemy's cards to open up vulnerabilities, swarm over big creatures, take a lot of damage if you don't protect your swarm, tactically steal and debuff and discard creatures to open up weakpoints, etc. You are still reliant on your hand not bricking, but every fusion draws you a card and so it's *much* less bad than it could be. The art, design, and writing are also charming. They're weird and indie, but they work, and I'll take club penguin illustration homages over ai slopcards any day. I'll update the review as I play deeper, but if you like indie ccgs this is a pretty solid one at first glance. Edit: Oh yeah you can get extremely bricked still lmao. Statistically it shouldn't happen too often, but if it happens you do just lose the run. Drawing on damage helps mitigate, and it's not nearly as bad as yugioh or other yugiohlikes, but it can be a little frustrating in a roguelike format.
finally... card game
Gostei bastante do jogo, achei a mecânica bastante inovadora. O Dev é gente boa demais e parece estar sempre disposto a fazer melhorias e ouvir a comunidade! Estou de olho na sequência e num possível duelo multiplayer!
I have bought this game solely because of the childhood nostalgia and my undying love for Yu-gi-oh manga and anime series. 10/10 (This game even has Exodia)
