It’s unbelievable that a roguelike game doesn’t allow moving and shooting at the same time.
I'd love to make a good review for that one (I'm a furry and there's a pink bunny inside, you had me), but not allowing to manually aim, in a roguelite game wearing the skin of a twin-stick shooter, is daring. It doesn't mean good. They immediately shot themselves in the foot by making a one-stick shooter.. Daring, but ill-advised. If Enter the Gungeon, Binding of Isaac, Hades, Replikator, and certainly many others decided to allow for manual aim along with manual movement, it's for a good reason. It preserves the ability to decide how to engage even when you have 10 enemies shooting at you, which is common in this genre. If an enemy is right in my face, I'd like the ability to decide to deal with him first, and not the other one in the other direction that apparently looked more appetizing to the targeting system. Also, they found the idea of being forced to be rooted in place to be able to shoot revolutionary enough to try. In a bullet hell shooter. Where you have to be constantly on the move to stay alive. Why ? There's everything to be great (despite the toilet humor), but 2 inexplicable core decisions ruin it. Summary of a level : "Not this enemy, the other one ! No, the other one ! Move you idiot ! And I'm dead.."
I love roguelikes and Happy tree friends so i bought this based off that. Bad idea. It's like enter the gungeon if it was made by ai. Not worth the time investment.
i love happy three friends a lot, a roguelike game genre suits the show so much. However, the execution is just horrible. I don't think the devs knew how to make an enjoyable roguelike. The game feels horrible to play. I really don't recommend to buy it even with a huge discount.
im ashamed
good ok episode 2 happy tree friends
CRAZY CHAOTIC CUTENESS This game will kill many hours of boredom!!! If you like a not too difficult grind, where you're always unlocking new weapons, items and things, On every run. This games for you! The DLC is cute, but it's not needed...its just unlocks some new characters...(All characters have the same abilities) Overall 8/10... Not really anything bad to say about the game, except that in some scenerios you will really find yourself RELYING on luck in hopes to win!
