Interesting story and great world building. Gameplay wise the exploration and immersive sim elements are GOATED. Combat and enemy variety on the other hand could be better. Overall the presentation carries the somewhat lackluster combat. 9/10.

Ти прокидаєшся на шикарній космічній станції Talos I, думаєш «о, зараз буде науковий симулятор, кави поп’ю, дослідження почитаю». А через 15 хвилин тебе вже вбиває звичайна чашка кави. Не просто так, а тому що це блядський Мімік. І це тільки початок. Вся станція - це величезний стендап, де ти головний клоун, а навколо тебе - інопланетні тварюки, які вирішили, що найкраща форма життя - це стілець, вогнегасник і відро. Чорний гумор тут просто розкішний. Ти знаходиш аудіозапис, де якийсь інженер кричить «вони скрізь, вони імітують усе!», а потім чуєш, як його ж голос каже тобі «привіт» з вентиляції. Або тіла співробітників, які лежать у позах, наче вони просто «трохи притомились». Особливо заебали ті, що сидять за комп’ютером обличчям у клавіатуру. Класичне «не встиг дописати звіт». Геймплей - просто оргазм для мозку. Хочеш - ходи тихенько, як cучкa, крадись і валиш усе тихим електрошоком. Хочеш - бери дробовик і влаштовуй геноцид у прямому ефірі. Або роби як я: накачуйся нейромодами до рівня бога, а потім бігаєш по станції з пістолетом і кричиш «я сам тепер найбільший Мімік, cуки!». Гра це дозволяє. І це пиздeць як круто. Єдиний мінус - іноді гра така атмосферна, що хочеться просто сісти і слухати, як станція вмирає. Аж сумно стає. Але це хороший сум, такий, знаєте, «всі мертві, але я ще живий, лол». Prey - це коли Immersive Sim трахає тебе в мозок, серце і нервову систему одночасно, а ти ще й просиш добавки. Одна з небагатьох ігор, після якої ти сидиш і думаєш: «♥♥♥♥♥… а я б вижив там?»

Fú nagyon zabáltam végig a játékot, szerintem messze a legjobb Arkane Studios játék a Dishnored 1-2 elött. Kicsit olyan Resident Evil- Dead Space szerelemgyerek a játékmenet, de engem kenyérre lehet kenni az inventory menedzsmenttel, meg a sci-fi-vel. Persze nem tökéletes a játék, nem tudom, van-e a bolygón bárki, aki élvezi a null gravitációs lebegést/irányítást ide-oda az űrállomás körül egy videójátékban... én sem. Emellett néha úgy éreztem, mintha úgy kéne kicsikarni a játékból, hogy ugyan vágjon már pofán néhány mellékküldivel, hogy fejlődjek. Mert van bőven, de ha nem nézel be mindenhova, vagy nem olvasol el mindent, akkor nem fogja az öledbe pottyantani ubisoft módra. És szerintem az endgame nettó röhej volt. Viszont mind ezek mellett sokkal több pozitív inger ért. Jó történet, jó karakterek, nagyon jó az atmoszféra, épphogy nem horror, de a zene, vagy a hangok néha kellően eszembe jutatták, hogy létezik felnőtt pelenka, az inverntory menedzsment zabálós, a fejlődési rendszer is, rohadt jól összegyúrt játék lett összességében.
