Played this in early access without VR and was not happy about the non customizable controls. I thought I give it another shot for VR since I got an Oculus now. I wonder what they have done between early access and release. What you get is a still unfinished game. Problems in VR: You really need a 360° sensor coverage since you can only move back/forward and left/right. You cant turn with the VR controller. You have to turn around your body axis to move forward in that direction. Weapon change is imo put on the wrong buttons.. and you cant change it. Happens too often that you switch the weapons unwanted. Inventory in VR sucks. Instead of putting it fixed in front of you so you can look closely at some stuff, it moves with the movement of your head around your face. You have to eyeroll hard to examine stuff. Got it for 2 Euros.... gonna keep it though as "VR-Demo" to give people a VR sneak into dungeon crawling.
