This game is a high quality, zero ranger-like shmup. It has an awesome soundtrack, nicely tuned difficulty, online leader boards, stage select, boss training mode, and some fun unlockables. This a very fun game and a high recommend from me.
Wanted to like it, but just don't. Dislikes: having to start at the beginning of a level every time you die, the dash mechanic is terrible because you can't really control your ship while doing it and you just end up going through one ship, landing onto another, the "only a dash can harm orange enemies" mechanic just sucks and reminds me of Ikaruga (which I absolutely hated). The music, graphics and sound fx are all pretty lame as well.
Fairly short and sweet, which is to be expected of this genre but the sheer replay value here from going for 1CCs and unlocks is great. Its a fairly standard shmup with the interesting X-Factors of having a chargeable screen-wide multi-hit and a dash attack, both of which the game actively encourages you to use whenever possible! Not only for survival but scoring multipliers too. I'm pretty terrible at this one but I feel like leaving a review is a must, especially with how criminally low the review count is.
The sleeper hit of the year. One of the best modern shmups to be released, and also one of the best recent action games.
Lilac 0 is a stunning and fast-paced shooter that blends retro vibes with modern energy, guaranteed to keep every bullet-hell fan hooked.
Quality shmup that follows in the footsteps of Zero Ranger. Fun gameplay with dash that you can use to melee kill enemies. Tough but fair, 100% worth playing.
The game is SOOO BRUTALLY HARD I like it
It's way too difficult for me (bought it together with other shmups in a bundle), but I really like the old-computer-style aesthetics and the stylish flashy gameplay. I'm just not good at bullet hell games, but I'll try to get past the 2nd boss someday!
Now super accessible to all , including casuals like myself, thru Practice and Normal modes. A fantastic shmup.
