About
Ponchoman is roguelike(maybe not) top down(also maybe not) shooter hack and slash game.

In a world where everything you see is fading away, the ponchoman you'll control
have to shoot and kill the creatures and survive.
But don't worry.
The more you kill creatures, make rifle more powerful.
And before you know it, you're gonna find yourself doing the pleasure of slaughter, not the stupid struggling of survival.
There's no goal for this game.
You just have to kill one more creature than before.
Praying doesn't help at all.

Wow really good game, it gave me some Resident evil 4 vibes its pretty fun and it gets really tense after a little period of time, I will def play more of this specially at night I hope the dev adds more maps and more enemies, and maybe an improvement to the character movement. Excellent work a nice little indie game, this is why I love indie games over triple A games :)
(German review further below) Nice minimalistic fundamentals! Ponchoman is a simple pixel-art experience where your task while roaming an abandoned cemetery is to decimate different types of undead which are rising in numbers until they reach a cap and which also have different traits like speed or tankiness. In my honest opinion: I like this game, but it would be nice to show the exact values of "recoil" and "bullet spread" for example while tabbing to permanently know which values your up to when you think about changing your build to maximize the GOODNESS of the gun. pewriod. I think the idea of Ponchoman has a lot of potential. I'm aware that the dev(s) are possibly already working on updates and ideas, yet I want to share my thoughts about how to enhance the implementation of Ponchoman referring to my opinion on how the game could be bigger, better, more entertaining and have more variety: - More kinds of enemies - Bosses - Different areas which you can access by killing the boss of the area you're currently in - Enemies fitting the setting of the different area - Giving the black frame around the area an actual visual design that fits the area - Leaderboards - Achievements Finally: I like Ponchoman, but also I think there's a good amount of room to improve. Still I'm looking forward to updates and also to future projects of Axias! (German) Gute minimalistische Grundlage!

i like this game, pretty fun you can add multiplayer to play with friends ^^ if you have discord server i have so many suggestions to give you ideas for the game ngl pretty fun game
Though i haven't played this game much (Only 36 minutes at review time) i already love it! Very first time i have seen it left me with positive emotions like: WoOoW! i will be able to upgrade my weapon so it's going to become visually and practically more dangerous! Found this game accidentally while searching up for rogue-likes. Even though curator says it's not a rogue-like, for me it is EXACTLY what rogue-like means: starting with nothing, getting upgrades and useful stuff, trying to get as far as you can and starting all over again upon dying. Monsters... They're pale creatures with hollow eyes and mouth with different expessions. Some of them can be slightly different (Like only different walk speed and etc.), but boomers, tall monsters (Those who lose their legs and only THEN die) and those neurotic large-headed floating entities (Whatever are they doing? If it's possible, leave a comment below this review, thank you!) can be significantly different! By the way i just LOVE the monster which creeps out of the ground and trying to block your way, but actually only helping you via blocking the way for other monsters (Huge respect to this little boi). The only bug i have witnessed (Or maybe it's not even a bug) was about not seeing the second leg of Ponchoman. I don't think i have any suggestions, but just a function to change the controls and some achievements (Thanks in advance!!!) Well, for only 30 russian rubles this game is fire! I would even pay x4 for it!
