Prices

Prices
Each in the currency that store quoted — not converted: the gap between two rows is the publisher's pricing, not an exchange rate.
Every market we collect.
Discounts
Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.
Reviews, worldwide (the counter carries no country): 1.86/day in the week to Aug 28 → 1.86/day in the week after.
For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 26 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 7 places towards #1, and the 2,400 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.
About
Inspired by SWAT 4 and gritty police TV shows, Police Stories is a fresh take on top-down shooters with an emphasis on tactics that forces you to make split second decisions. Neutralize criminals, rescue civilians and defuse bombs in Single Player mode or Online Co-op. And remember - shooting first is not an option!
Unforgiving and tense, each mission tells a story of two police operatives - John Rimes and Rick Jones, filled with infiltrating gang hideouts, rescuing hostages, making arrests and other life-threatening situations.
The Surrender System allows you to apprehend the suspects without resorting to violence. Fire a warning shot near them or engage them in melee combat - those are just some of the ways you can make them submit.
Issue commands to your fellow cop Rick Jones. Make sure to use him wisely - and who knows, he might save your life in return.
Randomly placed criminals, hostages and evidence make every level run unique. The placement changes every time you restart, leading to new interesting situations and opportunities.
As a law enforcement officer, you will have access to end-of-the-line police equipment, such as under-the-door cameras, door blast charges and many others.
Various types of lawbreakers, from small petty criminals to well organised gangs and terrorists. Each type has not only unique weapons, but different behaviour and shooting skill.
Complex Tactical Gameplay: Try not to get spotted, don't waste bullets, regularly check your surroundings and make sure to take criminals down quietly.
All your actions are scored in real time. Playing aggressively won't get you a high enough result to start the next mission - so keep that in mind!
Co-op. Complete mission together for better scores and more fun!

Reviews
Looks like Hotline Miami but its the exact opposite. Its pretty mediocre by itself but co op is fun. + Graphics are great, i liked the cutscenes as well. + Co op is great and the main reason to play the game. + Gameplay is fun, using tactics and cautious approach is rewarded, going in guns blazing is not. - Story sucks, it doesnt make much sense and is very basic. - Game is pretty buggy, there are stuck loading screens, random bugs during gameplay that force you to restart the map. - When alerted enemies seem to have insane reaction time on, almost like using an aimbot. This makes combat not fun. - DLCs suck - both are half baked and seem more like mods than official content. - 20€ is pretty steep for such a short game. - Gets pretty repetetive 5 hours in. Overall its worth only if you want to go play with your friend, otherwise this game doesnt have much to offer.

Confio mas en el terrorista con una nuke que en mi amigo con un arma cerca mio 10/10 para jugar con tu amigazo
Классная тактическая игра про копов на двоих, очень интересно и быстро проходится, самое то чтобы скрасить пару вечеров.
Look, I LOVE Hotline Miami, but that one, the clear inspiration, has: 1. Kill everyone in an area Compared to: 1. Shout at everyone until they surrender 2. If they try to run or don't comply, melee them (even if they have a gun in their hands you can't shoot) 3. If they pull a gun, you have a reaction speed test before they oneshot you 4. Every time you don't kill someone, you have to go up and arrest them (slightly buggy animation) 5. Every enemy with a weapon leaves evidence to pick up, same evidence spawns around the map as well 6. Certain mandatory bonus objectives appear as well I'm not saying adding more mechanics is a bad thing, just that in a skill based game you need quick restarts when you mess up so it doesn't get annoying to re-do the same portions of a level several times in a row It gets even worse since you don't see people until they're in line of sight, so sometimes suspects can draw their weapons before you see them- unless you shoot everyone on sight (which you can't do because of the penalities) you're restarting Intravenous 2 got off the hook because it had (limited) saves during each mission (and less slow ass objectives, stealth gameplay is still better even though I'm not the bigest fan of it)
można strzelać do kobiet i cywili bez ponoszenia odpowiedzialności karnej symulator polskich służb specjalnych SP: mały plus za to że nie można grać kobietą
It's a pretty good coop experience (aside from the connection bugs), the only thing that i think could be better are the guns. The guns in this game draw too much attention (which makes sense) and more often than not it's easier to just punch, taser or pepper spray the suspect, so there's no real incentive for you to use them. Because of this, I played most of the game using only non-lethal options. Nonetheless, I still think that it's a fun game.

If there was an option to give this game a mixed review, I would. It's not a bad game, but it is deeply flawed, which is something that needs to be changed in the future. The worst part is that it's so frustrating that I couldn't even finish the last mission. Just felt like I was wasting my own time. Both friendly AI and enemy AI suck. Hit boxes are inconsistent and the story is pretty generic. I was hoping it would be an anthology of different scenarios involving the police, but the writers instead wrote a tale about some wild conspiracy involving the police department purposefully creating crime for their benefit, as if that hasn't been done many times before. The equipment they give as well as its customization kinda sucks too. Why can't I have a gas mask to go along with my tear gas grenades? Why can't I have a side arm? Why does my heavy armor not do anything for me? Why can't I have a helmet? There is so much missing from the game that could make it a good but its just not there unfortunately. I do like the art style of the game and like the characters sort of. The gameplay is fun at times, with the bomb missions being my favorite. That's really some of the only redeeming qualities of this game imo. I think it could be better. I hope the sequel makes improvements.
This game has major problems with its controls, the properties of the tools you use (including the firearms), the level randomization, and certain types of enemy behavior randomization. In case you couldn't tell from that list, the game is a train wreck. It has a solid premise, but the execution is far too poor to have been released to the public in this state. If you feel like buying this game, try the free tutorial called "Police Stories: the Academy".
