About
A planet that used to be a place of undisturbed balance between human, nature, and animal has now become something else entirely.
The disharmony that had been in the making for hundreds of years has finally arrived in the form of a faceless army. But this is not a story about war. This is a story about a vibrant, beautiful planet –and the journey to keep it that way.

Pleased to say i am enjoying this game. The game involves traveling the world/planet to rescue your elder sister [it seems your mom and dad expired] who is abducted by seemingly hostile invading alien robots. I have played about 9 chapters out of 12 + epilogue and as the story progresses I understood humans move from Earth to another planet to settle and it seems and our robot creations are now attacking this technologically undeveloped, peaceful people of this planet. All the village folk are being captured and taken somewhere. You (Lana) have evaded capture and continue the search for your sister and find a friend to help you along your journey. The journey has interesting and beautiful locales and simple yet ingenious puzzles on the way. You are required to use stealth and your companions support to solve the puzzles. Occasionally there is native wildlife to deal with. I used gamepad to play the game as the game recommends it. add:- completed the game, it was worth playing. I had purchased the game for INR 187/- during a weekly sale. I had to refer to YT for a few puzzles. Two of those puzzles test our observation skills. Conclusion : - I highly recommend this game.
What a incredible game! Nice story, gameplay, art direction and sound design! I'll play the second game right away! Good work devs! And thank you!
Inside, But Make It Cute
This is a very cool action/sneak/platformer/puzzle game. It is obviously heavily inspired by games like INSIDE or Limbo. Except, thankfully, it trades the relentless, pitch-black psychological trauma for a beautiful sci-fi aesthetic. You play as a young girl trapped on a gorgeous planet that has suddenly been invaded by hostile aliens. But this time around, you aren't completely alone. You have an absolutely adorable cat-monkey-type creature called Mui by your side. The Gameplay Loop The structure is classic cinematic platformer. You progress from one stunning location to the next, with each area presenting a distinct puzzle you need to solve to move forward. Sometimes these obstacles require clever sneaking. Sometimes they involve operating ancient machinery. More often than not, they require Mui's specific help to solve. The Real Star of the Show Mui is quite literally the most adorable creature you can possibly imagine. Honestly, half the fun of the entire game is just bossing this little guy around to do your bidding. If you've ever wanted to command a cute alien pet to jump on ledges and distract robots for you, this is your game. Verdict: Highly recommended. Come for the beautiful sci-fi puzzles, stay for the absolute joy of having a loyal, tiny sidekick.
Imagine INSIDE...Now add color. Breathtaking landscapes, an incredible soundtrack, and a tiny alien companion that immediately becomes your responsibility. You'll spend half the game admiring the background instead of solving the puzzle. Can't wait to play the next one.
a fun puzzle game with a beautiful artstyle. loved the story, characters and gameplay. cried multiple times too. now i can't wait to try the 2nd game! 9/10 muis.
If there is a huge discount, I guess it's still worth paying and playing, otherwise it's not exciting enough to justify the purchase Cons: The first 80% wasn't that exciting, it's was okay and not bad in general, but overall it feels like your character doesn't encounter much consequence throughout the journey. There are spots that you would die if you don't pay attention but overall the story or world/environment just can't lock down my attention, except for the last 20% of gameplay Stuttering and bad performance - I'm not sure why this happened even though it's not very graphically intensive - This was the final straw for me to say not recommend Exciting or not can be subjective but to pay for stuttering, not really worth without the discount When the map has multiple mechanics happening at the same time, or on a large map, it will just stutter, doesn't look smooth Pros: Art is nice, music is nice At least the ending 20% of the game was exciting & engaging enough The plot and story really made me care about the character especially Mui the pet
I'm not playing a lot of platformers, but I heard this one is really good, so I wanted to try it. Rumors were correct, Planet of Lana is nice and enjoyable Positive: World - 2,5D enviroment with a lot of changes in settings of scenes (tribe village, swamps, caves, deserts,... and few other surprises) Graphic - almost everything in this game is really photogenic Mui! - your "pet companion" - really cute hybrid between (I guess) a cat, mouse and rabbit. He is involved in solving puzzles, sometimes you save him, or he saves you,... I can't imegine this game without him Puzzles - not so hard, but you need to use your brain for a while Soundtrack - next part of this game, which is great! Tracks have a lot of variety, I enjoyed it and listened it also later on Spotify QTE - thankfully it contains only two (if I remember correctly) QTE sequences, which are not too hard and brings there a bit of different playstyle Emotions - this game contains ZERO lines of text. Everything is told by simple fictional language and by what you seen on display Length - this is +- - length about 5 hours was accurate for me Negative: Story - simple story about saving your older brother and everyone on the planet... Walking speed - Sometimes you need to walk a lot, but you speed is too slow I can definitlely recomend Planet of Lana
