Discounts
Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.
For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 25 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 10 places towards #1, and the 2,413 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

Reviews
Let me be clear; i DO recommend this game. Just… not on Steam. Without MR support, it’s only really useful to brand new drummers who don’t want to spend a lot on a real kit. There’s not a lot of upgradability on this version. I really do like the game, and I wish it were possible to add MR support, but as of right now i can really only recommend the game on other stores. I was NOT expecting the game developers to see my review, so hopefully this clarifies my thoughts on their wonderful game.
PLAY WITH MODS!! I can spend hours at a time just playing music I listen to throughout the work day. paradb is your song mod website.

Why do I have to readjust the drums every single new lesson? Just keep it as it was last time! At the very least, keep the anchor position the same. I'm meant to be building muscle memory here, aren't I? How am I supposed to do that if the thing I'm trying to hit is in a slightly different position each time? Each time I go to a new lesson, the drum kit is back in its default position of "off to the side and so high I can't see the notes coming". If all you want to do is screw around with putting drums and cymbals in weird positions, the interface is perfect. If you actually want to learn the drums, it's a pain in the backside. I've heard that as you start getting in to different songs they have different drumkit layouts. Oh, great, so it's a rhythm game, then, and not actually a drum sim? ♥♥♥♥ that! I don't like rhythm games, I play by ear. This is why I learned the actual guitar and can't play Guitar Hero. I don't want to learn to sight-read an arbitrary notation to make arbitrary actions, I want to learn real muscle memory to play a real instrument. And that is, apparently, not what Paradiddle is focused on.
**Ignore my playtime. I refunded the steam version and bought on quest** This is, hands down, the most fun I've had with VR. As someone who loved Rock Band Drums this is like going back in time 15 years but in a good way! The ability to download custom songs from ParaDB and play them is amazing. New songs are added constantly by the community and converting your old rock band or guitar hero songs is easy with guides and software available. Despite not actually hitting anything, and the haptics on the Quest 3 not being earth shattering, the illusion you're playing is amazing. If you liked rock band but your kit is long gone, broken or just unavailable this is the best way to replay those old favourites. I bought this on steam initially but refunded and bought on the quest store because it was a fiver cheaper and meant I had true wireless. The downside to this is I have to connect the headset to the PC to drag and drop new songs or rather than just putting them in the folder on PC but it's a price worth paying for me. £20 might seem alot but it really isn't. Easily my best VR app and will only get better. The downside is you look like a right prick playing it but no more so than with the old rock band kit, except this doesn't fill the house with the sound of plastic being whacked!
Paradiddle is a super underappreciated VR rhyhtm-game. Along with Beat Saber, this is a rhythm game I find myself returning to frequently. While the base songs are great, the modded song catalogue is where it's at! The game itself is super polished. Couldn't recommend this one enough for rhythm-game fans!
This Simulator of drumming is something I did not expect to think would be a teacher when I first started. I enjoyed this so much, I played and played the drums in VR and was thinking I had something going for me. My brother, who plays guitar kinda laughed and said "VR Drums would never translate onto an actual set" I took that as a challenge and thanks to Paradiddle and my desire to prove my brother wrong, a year later, I am a drummer, a musician something I thought I would never be able to do was play any instrument. So I give my upmost props to the dev team for giving anyone who can commit and learn the drums a chance at being a musician. I highly recommend this for anyone that has been curious or wanting to learn the drums, this VR app is one of a kind. The Dev team continues to release updates and more recently working on a 2D (Flatscreen) version of Paradiddle. I still drum with my E-kit on Paradiddle especially for learning songs that have been charted and available to implement into Paradiddle! 10/10
Edit 2: Never mind. game's acting out again. Edit 1: Now the problem seems to be gone??? i played for about an hour and a half and didnt have a single problem. i did swap to the simple background after about 40 minutes but i usually never last that long before crashing. (there's a chance i changed some setting last time i played and never tried it out and forgot but i would remember) Anyways 10/10 game, sad that i dont know many bands so i play the same like 5 songs every time i play. Original review: very good game, but it makes meta horizon link freeze, if youre lucky it'll take 15 minutes, and if you're *extremely* luck horizon link will reload after a few seconds. this is an old glitch too, and it has never happened to me in any other game so yeah no idea what the hell is going on here (i messed with basically every setting possible (nothing too extreme because im not a pc nerd))
not quite my tempo
By far the best game of its kind, great selection of community created song maps, endless potential playtime.
This game not only perfectly blends that childhood banging on the rockband drums feeling with an awesome way to learn the drums, it's just FUN... and thats the point i think paradiddle was trying to get across. A fun, rockband like game for anyone wanting to learn the drums or just rockout like you did 10+ years ago Custom Songs is a W on the devs part, i have 50+ songs and can't get enough, currently have the game on both quest & steam and they are virtually 1/1. Overall this is BY FAR my favourate VR game.
