Pepper Grinder

Solid game, I really enjoyed the gameplay. Was relatively short , like 1/3rd of an average super Mario Brothers game. The levels were really cool and music was boppin. Love the look of Pepper and the mechanics of her grinder. Still gotta mess around with gathering all the stickers and finding the last bit of coins. I SCREAMED MY THROAT OFF TRYING TO BEAT THE LAST BOSS ON TIME :D All in all this game is very fun and I would hella recommenend it :3

A creative, varied, and immaculately polished platformer. Everything feels great and is superbly animated, and there's no filler -- love a game that respects my time. Good replayability with the optional coin challenges if you're the speedrunning or perfectionist type. Well worth it!

Dont be fooled by the cute enemies and player character customization, cause this games difficulty is kinda like cuphead. So if you like difficult games where you don't mind retrying a couple of times then this is a very cool game ^_^. I also recommend getting this one a handheld like the Xbox Ally. :3 Side node: Most people reviewing the game is bad are mostly people who were not skilled enough to play the game since it is cuphead level difficulty.

3/5. A very simple platformer that I've been waiting on since even before I got a PC. I will say, I'm not disappointed, I just think I hyped myself up too much. The gameplay is great, and the grinder controls pretty well for the most part. The most annoying thing is how gravity works when you jump out of a block but I think that's just me being bad at the game. The stickers are easy to collect and are honestly there for those who like that stuff. I'm not really a side quest person, so I was glad to see they were intrusive. I did collect all the medals which was really fun to do. The gameplay is really the focus. You aren't playing a game like this for the story. It's like expecting Mario to have a Naughty Dog story. I wish there was a little more game, and hopefully there's a sequel that borrows more from Drill Dozer (the obvious inspiration for this game)

前两个场景的关卡还很有意思，但从boss起就越来越凸显出游戏机制的弊端。 在钻地时不能控制快慢，转弯有一定的角度，导致每次钻入都要鼓足勇气，一个不留神就飞出去没有挽救余地。第二个boss会摧毁土地，简直噩梦，控制玩家走位的同时，控制了输出空间，也控制了落地空间，也控制了攻击节奏，完全在敌人身上表现了一个机制多种用途，而玩家还是很弱小。 勾爪也是灾难设计，不能转向，按钻地键一样是射出，不能反悔，勾着的时候撞墙上了还立刻脱手摔死，没一丝喘息机会。
