Discounts
Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.
Reviews, worldwide (the counter carries no country): 1.14/day in the week to Aug 17 → 5.43/day in the week after.
For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 26 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 7 places towards #1, and the 2,400 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.
About

The dragons have been popping peglins and stealing all of your gold for as long as you can remember. Enough is enough. It's time to venture through the woods, conquer the fortress, and delve into the heart of the dragon's lair to take back what's yours and teach those dragons a lesson.
Peglin plays like a combination of Peggle and Slay the Spire. The enemies are tough, and if you're defeated your run is over, but you've got powerful orbs with special effects and incredible relics that influence both your enemies and the physics you'll use to defeat them.
Collect and upgrade powerful orbs and relics to defeat the monsters and bosses that stand in your way.
Fight enemies with Pachinko-like gameplay - hit more pegs to do more damage. Use crit potions, refresh potions, and bombs wisely.
Explore a new map every time, with different orbs, enemies, and surprises along the way.

Reviews
The game started out as a great rouge-lite where you would be able to build fun combos. But with every update since, the devs increased difficulty to stupid, un-fun amounts, removed fun combos, nerved orbs, added way to many effects, orbs and events, that it became so poluted, that building a specific dec or something became impossible ... And the newest Act 4 is so un balanced and boring, i dont even know why you would bother with it ... Sad that one of my favourite games dropped off so hard ...

First impressions are nice and fun but late game is very booooring. not enough content
Incredible game to sit and play or just pop into every now and then. As hard as you make it with seemingly infinite replay-ability, and developers that still update and release detailed patches and updates.
too much rng. even for a roguelike. if at least navigation was reliable maybe it would be more tolerable, but you have little to no control over any run, which is a lot of the fun of mastering a roguelike
The coding could use some work, it feels bad in a "random" rogue-like to be able to face the same mini-boss twice in a row. There also could be some work done on the Navigation, as it has been noted by several people who have watched me play (and other users play on Youtube), that it sometimes seems premeditated on where it will drop the ball during Navigation between nodes, forcing you down certain paths even when you had an almost direct shot down another path. Other than these issues, it's a very fun game; addictive even when frustrating and love the art style.
eh also not worth anymore than $2.50 maybe less
Before you judge this review understand. I have reached level 20 (and beat it) with all but 1 character and have been playing this game since very early stages. I wish I could recommend this game with all the hours i have on it. (most hours were long prior to a lot of the new updates). They have really ♥♥♥♥♥♥ up something good here in my opinion. This game was once simple fun and still interesting. Now its an RNG nested with a lot of ♥♥♥♥♥♥ designed rooms that are not fun and will ruin your entire run because you chose one relic at the first stage. There is a lot of bloat orbs that almost never work and the repetitiveness that you have now with only certain orbs appearing for certain characters is a bad choice in my opinion. Every run with a character specially at the higher crucible levels feels THE EXACT same because you have to go for that strategy because nothing else works or will get wreck by just a normal room encounter stage 2 or 3. I with they had just left it alone and maybe done a DLC and work a different aspect of the game to add more to the game rather then add BS annoying rooms and mini bosses. if i were the developers i would go back and redo a lot of ♥♥♥♥ because god this game needs it to be good again. Save your money, and buy any of the other classic rougelikes you would enjoy them better i promise.
I genuinely don't think I've played a more intentionally frustrating roguelike than Peglin in years. It's a shame, as there's a good base here, but the game does everything it can to ruin the player's fun.
This game has the potential to generate a lot of dopamine, but it's also unbalanced as hell -- at least from a synergy standpoint. Many of the relics are useless except for certain runs, at which point they become vital or game-breaking. The boss orbs are probably the hardest to evaluate, as they often give your attacks negative damage in exchange for powerful rewards. These reward can be great... as long as your orbs deal at least one damage. I just quit a run where I built around an orb that gives Spinfection (a debuff to enemies) on hit, got a boss reward/relic that said "status debuffs you inflict are twice as potent, but your attacks have -3/-0" ...and found out that if the orb doesn't deal any damage, it doesn't actually hit, rendering my build useless. Like, the game is fun, but you have to know how items interact, and if you don't know, you're punished big-time. Kinda sucks because of that.
