It has literally no instructions on how to play, was clearly thrown together just to make a quick buck, and has glaring bugs that make it nearly unplayable. The fishing 'tutor' you can meet just walks you down a few squares and says "Fish here"... but you're at the wrong square and can't control your character. Then when you fish, you aren't shown how it works. 3/10, would not recommend unless you like figuring out how to play a poorly-designed game with no help.

My friend told me not to buy this game, but I said "Hey it's only like $2.49" He advised "That's $2.49 you won't be getting back". The art style is fun and clean but there is a lack of depth to the characters and there is no story line. The little interaction you have with NPCs are limited at best. Mostly, I found the walk speed to be frustrating and when combined with the movement mechanics unplayable. Others may find otherwise and I'm sure there are some interesting moments in game, but I'm not going to experience them. I think with a bit of additional work it could be playable.

I must say it's kinda farming & rpg genre, similar with Stardew Valley. You can play 3-6 hours and it's really good game length for a cheap game

Yine aynı firma tarafından geliştirilen, Hope for City'e benzer bir oyun. Aslında neredeyse aynı oyun. Sanırım aralarındaki tek fark yalnızca grafikler. Oyunumuzda bi' hikaye olmaması beni bu oyuna da bağlayamadı. RPG Maker strikes again! Paul's World is one of hundreds of low effort retro-pixel RPG Maker asset/construction kit flips spamming the Steam catalog, made with the RPG Maker video game construction kit... in their own words, "Our easy to use tools are simple enough for a child." Like all RPG Maker "games", this is essentially a bunch of low quality/canned assets from RPG Maker, but at least this one eschews the high school anime club fan fiction for... well, pretty much no cohesive story at all. Is that an improvement? As with all RPG Maker games, the poor quality engine displays badly in fullscreen and doesn't have full HD support or any graphics tweaking options, making this unacceptable for any dedicated modern PC gamer. The point can be made that the intention of RPG Maker is to make demos and small games to pass around friends, and shouldn't be used for "professional" game development or for profit. Like most RPG Maker shovelware and asset flips, the game features extremely low quality copy + pasted 2D retro pixel art, looks awful, and has even worse gameplay. RPG Maker is an absolutely terrible construction kit, and never results in games of any reasonable quality or value to gamers. Notably the developer here couldn't work out how to use RPG Maker to make an RPG... and that's the only thing RPG Maker can do properly... except it's not even very good for making RPGs. Instead, we have a very lame ripoff of Stardew Valley but without the interesting NPC interactions or, you know, point to doing any of the badly made mini-activities like fishing. There's not much of a tutorial either... not that it's worth learning how to do any of the stuff in the game anyway. The poor quality of this game is reflected in the general public reception. At the time of this review, SteamDB shows the all-time peak player number was only 3 players. That's right, only 3. This is a remarkably low number, and now, the only player activity occurs once or twice a month, presumably someone loading it up to see what it is then quickly uninstalling it. Considering there's over 120 million gamers on Steam and well over 50,000 games for gamers to choose from, the overwhelming lack of interest in the game is to be expected. Gamers just didn't take this low quality game seriously, and for good reason. Paul's World is relatively cheap at $2 USD, but it's not worth it. Given the defects and quality issues with the game, coupled with the unrealistic price, this is impossible to recommend.

2D severlerin bir kez daha beğenisine sunulan bu oyunda bir çok yaratıkla savaşıp, karakter seviyemizi geliştirip, tüm eşyaları açmak ana amacımız diyebiliriz. Renkli grafiklerinin yanında 2 boyutlu bir oyunda olması gereken tüm özelliklere sahip olan bu oyunu oynamadan asla geçmeyin.
