About
Your path will lead you to the Worldwound, where the opening of a rift to the Abyss has unleashed all-consuming terror across the land. For over a century, the neighboring nations have fought fearlessly, trying to drive the enemy back — but to little avail.
Now, you have the chance to put an end to this conflict, but the path to salvation is far from clear-cut. Will you become a shining angel, backed by noble paladins? Or a powerful necromancer with hordes of immortal undead in your thrall? Or something else entirely? Lead your army and challenge mighty demon lords. Your crusade will set in motion a chain of events that will leave you — and the world itself — forever changed.
Create any character imaginable with the flexibility, richness, and depth of the Pathfinder First Edition ruleset. Choose from 25 classes, 12 character races, and more than a thousand spells, feats, and abilities to suit your personal playstyle.
Your decisions have more weight than ever before. Your goal is clear, but you must forge your own path to it. Who will die, and who will live? Who will stay, and who will go? Make your choices, and watch the world around you change.
Enjoy two combat modes as you slay your enemies – real-time with pause or turn-based. Switch between them on the fly, so you can always take things as slowly — or as quickly — as you like. The unique Pathfinder ruleset also allows you to perform advanced combat maneuvers, like mounted combat. Use them wisely!
A cast of more than 10 unique companions is ready to join your cause. Earn their trust and respect, and they will have your back no matter what dangers lie ahead. And if you get on their bad side, well… Maybe it’s time to part ways.
You will need much more than a party of adventurers to cleanse the land of its demonic scourge. Take command of the crusaders and lead them to victory – both as a strategist, controlling the battle from above, and as a field commander, in a new tactical combat mode.
Explore nine unique Mythic Paths: obtain extraordinary abilities and shape everything that comes next. Your decisions might transform you into a celestial Angel, a raging Demon, a powerful Lich, a cunning Trickster, an otherworldly Aeon, a rebellious Azata, a wise Gold Dragon, an insatiable Swarm That Walks — or remain mortal and walk the arduous fantasy path toward becoming a living Legend.

Dieses Spiel is unglaublich.
This game is great, I absolutely loved it. Lots of awesome character customization, some light empire building and Might and Magic style army battles, the story is great with lots of side quests, and there are multiple paths to the ending. I actually preferred this game over BG3, the character customization, depth of story, and size of the world is just superior. Owlcat is one of my very favorite studios.
The ultimate in owlcat RPGs. I love the story, I love the characters, I abhor the fact that I have to cheese the gameplay mechanics to play it on anything other than easy. For the love of God they need to just steal lore from pathfinder and drop the mechanics entirely. Giving something 5 billion AC and calling it difficulty IS NOT HOW DIFFICULTY WORK OWLCAT. Like most owlcat games, it stopped being so buggy a year after release. I will now rate the companions and mythic class storylines from best to worst. 1) Regill - Absolutely based manlet. He will trash talk the garbage companions constantly, bringing him with you is an absolute must. Everything you will hate about them, so does Regill. 2) Arue - My wife, 'nuff said. She has the most content, because she is also the game dev's wife. Picking her as a romance, your god as Desna, and your mythic path as Azata was clearly the 'this is how you should play the game' path. It has the most content and is thematically satisfying on every level. 3) Wendaug - My bug wife. Sadly you have to constantly beat her like a junkyard dog to earn her respect. Fortunately she is a massive jerk so this feels good to do! Even better, unless you know the deepest obscure wotr lore and are willing to wait until endgame to acquire her, she is mutually exclusive with one of the worst companions in the game, Lann! 4) Greybor - He's stoic, he's a dwarf, he's an assassin. He's just so. ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥. cool. You earn respect with greybor by being upfront and straight with him. This is a notable departure from most of the characters, where respect is given based on the fact that you are main character. 5) Aivu - Remember how I said Azata was the dev's pet of mythic paths? Yeah, you only get her if you go Azata. She's a dragon, she likes cookies, and she breaks the game's combat system if you know how to build her. 6) Ember - Your elf little sister is who perhaps a little TOO forgiving. Kill everyone who upsets her, she makes a great morality pet for redemption runs. 7) Camilla - Female patrick bateman. 8) Daeran - Somehow worse than camilla, his entire gimmick is being a hedonistic noble elf with mommy issues. There is a background mystery going on with him, but the resolution is incredibly unsatisfying. He gets a little better when you resolve it but by then you've been putting up with him for 80% of the game so too little, too late. 9) Woljif - Tiefling thief that is neither charming or witty. He is in fact annoying and a backstabbing little loser. Even giving him EVIL POWER does not change this, it actually makes him worse, which I didn't think was possible. 10) Sosiel - He's here, he's queer, and his only redeeming factor is laughing when you bring Regill along to do his personal quest and the laughs you will get from Regill insulting him. Apparently you can buck break him as a demon but I haven't done this and don't think I want to. 11) Lann - His personality is making bad jokes and insulting himself. Haha so funny. I hate him so much. 12) Seelah - Bland, awful everything. The first companion you get and if the next one didn't exist she would be the worst. She is an idiot and I hate everything about her. 13) Nenio - Haha what if we wrote a redditor into our medieval fantasy game? No... but maybe? Unless? Lets make her a furry too. Oh, and give her the WORST PERSONAL QUEST OF ALL TIME WITH A DUNGEON THAT IS PURE CBT THAT EVERYONE AND THEIR MOTHER WILL HATE AND SEETHE OVER FOR ALL TIME. Oh, and gate the golden ending behind that dungeon :^) I hate nenio so much bros its unreal. 14) The Lich companions - Owlcat forgot they existed. Enjoy your 2-3 unique lines of dialogue. Amazing because one of them is an entire chapter's antagonist and retains his personality but they couldn't be assed to give him dialogue I'm not mad I'm not mad I'm not mad. Mythic Paths - 1) Azata - The dev's pet of paths. Everything about it is good. You get a unique companion with its own dialogue, personal quest, etc. Cons: Has perhaps the worst mythic portraits but you can just mod those out like I do with seelahs. Regill hates it. 2) True Aeon - The crusade wasn't funny so it didn't happen. [Erase yourself from existence.] Requires intense autism. Regill loves it. 3) Angel, Terminator - You are doomguy and hell is about to get a lot emptier. 4) Lich - Undead KINO. Unfortunately there is one absolutely awful (but avoidable!) moment in it. If you don't suck off your lich mentor with 100% accuracy he WILL make you beg like a truck stop lot lizard to get something important back. Even killing him immediately after does not restore your your lost izzat. Also companions will no longer want to jump your bones and women everywhere will laugh at you. This is not a joke one of them literally laughs at you. Don't worry though you can sacrifice her for power. 5) Swarm - You remember how a lot of your companions are annoying, walking human garbage? You can eat them. You can eat everyone. You can eat everything. You are a very hungry boy and also even demons think you have screws loose. 6) Golden Dragon - Cut content, very endgame path. Still pure kino. Being forgiving doesn't mean infinite chances. Sometimes only dragon fire can solve things. 7) Trickster - Reddit path. Still somehow funny. 8) Fake Aeon - You will never be a real Aeon. You have no cosmic mandate, you have no perfect perception of causality, you have no authority over the fabric of reality. You are a mortal twisted by mythic power into a crude imitation of universal law. All the "judgments" you issue are two-bit mortal opinions filtered through a flawed perspective. Behind your back, true Aeons dismiss you. Your companions are amused by your attempts to sound impartial. The forces of Order are utterly unconvinced by your performative declarations. Men are disgusted by you. Angels are wary of you. Inevitables can sense the contradiction in your soul from miles away. Your robes and glowing eyes may fool a few peasants, but deep inside you remain a creature of bias and emotion. Even centuries from now, when your mortal form has long since faded, historians will record your actions as the confused rulings of a self-important adventurer. Your legacy will be filed away in some dusty planar archive under "miscellaneous anomalies." Every time you pronounce a verdict, reality itself winces. The timeline does not bend to your will; it merely tolerates your presence. The cosmic balance you claim to represent regards you with the same indifference it shows a particularly opinionated squirrel. You will never be pure law. You will never stand outside causality. You will never gaze upon the multiverse and see every possibility simultaneously. You are not an Aeon. 9) Devil - Cut content, the path. I have not played: Demon (I'll get to it one day I swear) Legend Angel - Forgiveness. Not sure if it's much different.
Pretty Good
i'll start with the negative traits of the game: From my perspective, the game sucks—and I'm only talking about the early game here. -Attacks miss constantly. -The game bombards you with walls of text—dialogue you have to read like it's a full-blown novel (apparently, some people actually like that). -It's full of bugs. -Mission objectives aren't clear at all. -Do I really need to talk about the Crusades? -Enemies are five times stronger than you; despite all the debuffs you apply—and the ones they have by default—they never miss an attack. -Equipment progression is non-existent; I'm still using the same weapons from the start of the game even in later acts. -The game could easily have included a multiplayer feature to make things more exciting, but they left it as-is, missing a huge opportunity. -The turn based gamemode is very often bugged and the real time one is only usable with VERY small fights -too much to read even in tutorials and spells descriptions that could easily been simplified -the rewards for completing things are Deluximus ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥. There are plenty of other things that are absolutely awful Big Chungus deluxe ♥♥♥♥ but I'll restrain myself. i may update this review Positive traits!:
