I do agree with people about a number of issues with this game, such as the voice acting, poor lip syncing, linear gameplay, and lack of returning characters from the previous games. However, I recommend the game, because it still has challenging puzzles and catchy music, even though it's not in the style of previous Humongous Entertainment games. The option to play the game's minigames on the game's menu is also a plus, because you can play them anytime you feel like it (the Debris Game reminds me of Bejeweled)! Overall, this is an OK game and I do play it occasionally.

|Drunk SeriesSeries Review| Pajama Sam 4: Life Is Rough When You Lose Your Stuff is about Sam losing his "mint" condition #1 Pajama Man comic book in his mess of a room. He needs that comic to get signed by "Pajama Man" at a mall meet-n-greet. Kind of disappointing that the imagination portal was just a messy clothes pile and not like another point in the house, maybe the laundry room. Puzzles weren't that hard this time around. I kept getting annoyed when Sam describes his comic book as "mint" condition, he didn't even have it in a plastic sleeve until his hands were all grimmy and then he touches it, sir that comic is in good condition at best. They changed the voice of Sam, and really the whole voice acting sounded off. I do not like his new voice. Drunk me and my babysitters had a good time with it overall. The final Pajama Sam game, and what a sour note to end the series on. It suffers the same fate as Putt Putt Pep's Birthday Surprise. Lacks the charm and energy the other games had, the voices are grating after a while (Sam's voice in particular) and the jokes and humor just feel forced. This game was also made at gunpoint, the subtitle may as well be "Make the game, Honey, we need more Money!" Freddi Fish and Spy Fox had the fortune to fade out on good notes, rather than end on bad notes like Pajama Sam and Putt Putt.
I recommend this game if you love old time nostalgia for old pc games. HOWEVER: There's a weird bug in the game where you can't launch the game without a cd rom(the game will try to open, and then immediately crash without an error code). There are ways around it, but it either requires buying/having a compatible cd rom player that can connect to your computer(didn't work for my computer, unfortunately) or using a tool you can download called "Daemon Tool" where you can create a virtual rom player in your computer, which will take up more space on your computer. If you don't have much space on your computer, or don't have the funds for a cd rom player, I would wait until you do! Still a fun game if you have these requirements!
Absolute joy as in chidhood. To run it - mount any ISO file (standard feature in win11)
Newer Pajama Sam, still good. Not as good as the first three, but still good.
this one is absolute ♥♥♥♥♥. not only is Sams voice horrid. the writing is awful. Movement and mouth animations are very jarring and crappy. I couldn't even make it through the whole game its so bad. this was after Humongous got sold, and you can tell the quality really took a dive. Forget this one, delete it and better yet scrub your registry of it ever existing.
