PAGAN PEAK VR

This game is a flawless evolution compared with the developer’s previous game, Kobold. It's an intriguing chill experience with escape room mechanics. The masked guys annoying me through the windows really gave me chills and I think the puzzles were well designed. Also the game runs really well on Quest 2 with Link, I gladly recommend it.

Sehr gelungenes Spiel mit immersive Story und challenging Rätseln. Nicht unbedingt für Hard Core Escape Artists, aber dennoch ist einiges an Überlegung nötig um zu entkommen. Das zwiegespaltene Ende fand ich einen sehr schönen touch.

A very short escape room game with great horror themes within it, a lot of the issues I have with Escape Room games is the solutions to some of the puzzles are completely insane where you need to unlock your inner eye to figure out the puzzle. This game had great puzzles that anyone can figure out with a good hint system. The horror comes in with the surroundings, I won't spoil what happens but the game puts more stress on you as you try and figure out the puzzles. I do wish it was longer but for 8 bucks you're getting more than what you paid for. I hope to see more of this team's work in the future.

This is such an amazing and immensely underrated VR experience. The puzzles are pretty good, but the horror is great. It's so tense and atmospheric. Builds very well and really gives you chills down your spine. I absolutely urge anyone who likes creepy horror things to try this game. I'll mark this as spoiler in case anyone else wanna go into this completely blind like I did [spoiler] This first point isn't the biggest spoiler, but I know this would've changed how I approached the game anyways if I knew this. There aren't any jumpscares in this game. At no point will there be a sudden loud noise and something jumping at you. It's all just creep factor and the anticipation of something suddenly happening. The last section of the game where you actually make it out of the house and into the woods gave me such a feeling of dread and anxiety that I haven't felt in a horror game in a very, very long time. - PAGAN PEAK VR - Hier kauft man ein Spiel, was ungefähr 40 min dauert. Manch jemand ist sicher noch schneller. Das ist absolut kurz und absolut schade, denn die Stimmung ist so richtig cool und macht riesig Lust auf mehr. Auf jeden Fall zu empfehlen, auch wenn es relativ kurz ist. Man befreit sich hier aus einer Hütte und kämpft sich durch eine stürmische Schneenacht. Und das Ende? Wird natürlich nicht verraten. Es gibt zwei Schwierigkeitsstufen in Bezug auf die Escape-Rätsel. Gegenstände lassen sich in die Hände nehmen, Schubladen und Schranktüren öffnen. Man kann mit dem Feuerzeug sogar die Kerzen anzünden. Papier abfackeln klappt allerdings nicht. Bitte mehr von sowas. Und viel, viel länger. Die Stimmung die sich hier entfaltet, ist perfekt für VR gemacht.
