PAC-MAN WORLD Re-PAC

simple game, very cute and easy. for a remake, it was a good start. I played this after pacman world 2 repac, so I missed a few features, but nothing that made the game bad for me. however, the soundtrack is rather repetitive and it gets boring with time. the rev roll also doesn't work the way it should, at least on ramps. sometimes you go over the obstacle, sometimes you don't, and fall for your demise, losing a life for nothing. if that was deliberate so you lose a few lives before the bosses, that's very despicable

Uno de mis juegos favoritos de PS1 que jugué hace casi 20 años, hace unos 5 años, pedía que se alinearan los planetas de que sacaran un remake y van y lo sacan. En simples palabras, esta muy bueno, ya que es casi el del PS1 pero con mejores gráficos y unos ligeros retoques en el soundtrack, las peleas de los bosses y el gameplay que de hecho están muy bien. Si es algo corta la duración, pero cumple totalmente. Lo jugué con un mando de PS5 por bluetooth y va de maravilla. Hay una que otro detalle que vi que me me hubiera gustado que lo hubieran tomado del original y lo hubieran añadido, pero son cositas pequeñas. Lo único que si no me convenció del todo, fue que en las cinemáticas no les pusieron voces, cosa que en el original si las tiene, porque en este remake solo le ponen un sonido cuando hablan tipo Animal Crossing para que se hagan una idea. El otro detalle es el tema de Ms. Pac-Man, es una lastima que no estuviera aquí por toda la batalla legal que hay detrás, pero pues nada, es lo que hay. Aun así, dejando de lado lo que comente, es un muy buen remake 9/10

Bonito y divertido. Nunca he jugado al original, pero este me gustó bastante.

Pros: -Levels are simple A-to-Bs like like bu they are well made with a good difficulty curve. -Pac-Man is pretty good to control with rev-roll to get some speed, a butt bounce for extra height and a small hover to get yourself out of a bad jump. Only complaint is that the safety hover should be the same button as the jump instead of the butt-bounce. -The bosses are good but the only time the gameplay changes is during two of them. One is a reference to Galaga which makes sense but the other is a race. I thought it was going to be an annoying roadblock but the driving isn't bad at all and the course isn't that hard to navigate. Good boss race. -There are mini maze levels you can find in the levels which are decent. They can get boring after a while but they are only about 1-2 minutes long. Neutral: -I haven't played the original Pac-Man World but I have seen the opening and I'm disappointed they didn't have the Pac-Family get kidnapped by the bosses. Instead it's just the classic four ghost. -There is some backtracking in this game. Not so much haven't to do levels again with new powers, but in the levels themselves. There's a key system using the fruit and the doors for each key is usual in the previous room. It's not the worst but the tedium can build up after a while. Cons: - The Rev-Roll is kind of broken. There are ramps you need to rev to get across but it feels like I undershoot my target more often then not. It's also not a helpful attack as you're more likely to get attack by an enemy and a butt-bounce is easier to use. -Got a black screen crash after the final boss so I had to fight him again for the achievement. 7/10

Es un buen juego y diferente a lo que es pac man original pero se mantiene la esencia, No es tan complejo sacar los logros pero si lleva tiempo por mi lo recomiendo. Es genial!

A bit easy but very funny platformer.

Pac-Man World salió originalmente en PlayStation 1 y ahora con su remake (Re-Pac) viene renovado y mejorado tanto en gameplay como en gráficos. Es un juego que te engancha fácilmente ya que los primeros niveles sirven para enseñarte todo lo que podrás hacer con las habilidades que te da el juego. Lo recomiendo si te gusta mucho los juegos de plataformas como Mario, Sonic, Crash, Rayman, o también si te gusta Pac-Man ya que esta es su mejor saga de videojuegos.
