This game is pretty fun for what it is. If you are looking for a straight forward shooter like gears of war, this is right up your alley

very good looter shooter, any fan of the genre will enjoy it. endgame content is extremely lacking and unrewarding though, but you will have fun as long as you treat it only as a looter shooter story game, you'll get enough of the build crafting from the beginning of the base game to the last boss fight of the dlc. do not play this expecting rewarding loot chases like in the division 2, destiny 2 or warframe, you will barely get any really good stuff unless you grind the hell out of the ultra-basic endgame. just play this as a standalone game

Das Spiel verbindet eine packende Sci‑Fi‑Atmosphäre mit einem dynamischen und kraftvollen Kampfsystem, das sich unglaublich befriedigend anfühlt. Jede Klasse spielt sich anders, und die Fähigkeiten sind nicht nur Effekte, sondern echte Werkzeuge, die das Gameplay prägen und taktische Tiefe schaffen. Besonders beeindruckt hat mich, wie flüssig sich Kämpfe anfühlen: Fähigkeiten, Waffen, Mod‑Synergien – alles greift perfekt ineinander. Das Loot‑System motiviert ständig weiterzuspielen, neue Builds auszuprobieren und die eigene Ausrüstung immer weiter zu optimieren. Die Welt ist düster, spannend und voller intensiver Momente, die das Spielgefühl tragen. Nach 25 Stunden kann ich sagen: OUTRIDERS macht einfach Spaß. Es ist kompromisslos, direkt, kraftvoll und belohnt jeden Spielstil, der mit Leidenschaft gespielt wird. This game has so much potential but certain key issues with the direction of the cutscenes, the weapon design and gunplay really falls short. While the lore and story is interesting the cutscenes feel a little out of place sometimes. it feels like a bunch of barely connected scenes. That being said I really appreciate everything else. Wish it didnt have to end this way with the studio. Recomment on a sale.

great looter shooter. the 4 classes the game provides are all very fun in my opinion. unfortunately though the game suffers from the lack of content and it is very upsetting cause i really do enjoy this game. once you beat the campaign and have access to endgame content the only endgame there is are expeditions and the dlc. expeditions are fun and at least theres a good amount of them to do but since its one of the only endgame things to do it will get stale eventually. i will talk about the dlc here cause i dont feel like writing another review for it. the worldslayer dlc is cool, the campaign is fairly interesting if youre into the lore of the game of course. the dlc adds the 2nd piece of endgame content called trial of tarya gratar. its pretty fun and a good way of seeing how strong your build really is. again, its very unfortunate that outriders didnt receive more content as it is a fun game. if you are interested in playing this game then grab it when its on sale and definitely get the dlc as well so you have more to do after beating the campaign.
