OUTRIDERS

A mediocre cover looter shooter with an unplayably bad HDR, rendering cutscenes either too bright or too dark and parts of gameplay unbearable (e.g. Eagle Peaks). Don't buy, as the devs abandoned the game in its broken state and won't fix this bug ever.

Still love this game and play it every so often. It is a great mix of looter shooter and magic skills. The loot part isnt as varied and expansive as something like Borderlands but it is still varied enough to be fun. The gameplay loop is also fun, in my experience. You pick your class, and each class can vary wildly between builds that focus on shooting guns more, using magic more, or variations of tanky vs dps. And the gear drops provide enough variation on stats, weapon augments, legendary set bonuses, etc to be able to play very different playstyles even on the one class. My only downside is the multiplayer isnt great anymore if you dont have friends to play with. But, if you have a friend or two and yall enjoy this style of game, there isn't anything else like it that I have found. I enjoy playing it solo enough I would recommend it even as is. But I would recommend buying on sale guaranteed. And full price only if this is just your style of itch needing scratched.

look this may not be the most popular sci-fi shooter but i like it and thats what matters and i would like to see like a outriders 2 in the future. the story was good IMO kinda reminds me of a potential plot for alien film or somethin i feel like James Cameron would do. the game is also a great coop shooter for you and a buddy but be warned gameplay is similar to like gears of war

In den anfangs Schuhen fand ich das game richtig geil mit den zeit Runs und das dadurch der loot Pool verbessert wurde da es ein reiner pve shooter ist verstehe ich nicht wieso man das so gelassen hat und alles viel einfacher gemacht hat weil keiner mehr biss hat und sich mit einem game auseinandersetzt sondern alles hinterher geschmissen bekommen will Ich habe es geliebt builds zu bauen um rum zu probieren Bitte macht das game wieder wie es am anfang war oder falls outriders 2 noch kommen sollte macht es bitte wie am anfang vom ersten teil und patcht nicht alles kaputt

For me and the gf to just get to non stop shoot stuff while we run around screaming. good enough for me
