Just my first impressions after playing for a bit, will update later: (EDIT: I don't need to change anything I wrote after playing for 10+ hours) I really like the feeling of progression and unfolding the game gives, I like the silly dialogues, that's a kind of humor I can enjoy. The game seems polished enough for being in a stage I guess is really early. It seems it's going to have a lot of variety with characters, game modes and strategies. The in-game achievements seem cool and not too grindy. Pressing E to start an encounter feels really good, I wish I knew it as soon as I started playing, look at the settings, kids, the hotkeys and the settings are worth looking at.
Its a good game but with the update i cant play the game now useing a computer thats running windows 8.

It's a pretty great incremental game. You have multiple ways of making meta-progressions (equipment, augments, and the exp multiplier) so you feel like you're always making progress. It also gives you quite a lot of room to make strategic choices to speed up the rate at which you make progress. Every run doesn't last very long, which creates an urge to do just one more run, thus making the game somewhat addicting. Some parts of the game still feel a little rough (the balancing, explaining features, and the achievements), but that's to be expected form a game that only just entered early access.
More than worth $5 with even just the content as of September 23, 2024. This is a well-considered Inflation RPG style game with multiple characters whose progression is interdependent and cannot be switched mid-run(no skin juggling like Hero's Quest). Still has a lot of positive development to go, so coming from a good start is an amazing place to be. I also really like the time/EP-based challenge system for skill points even if many are impossible with current gear. You can get enough skill points so not a problem. I have only ever played the game on Ascended difficulty and my current progress is 11/11 bosses Apolonia, 9/11 Stan, and 4/11 Hina in the Glades as of this review.
Found this after seeing it on itch.io. What a great game! You start at level 1 with zero gold each time, and make your way through different paths marked with the levels of the enemies in them. Every level you get to distribute the stats you gain. Gold is used to buy gear which is a permanent unlock. You have another character that has different gear and stat emphasis as well. When both of you beat a boss, both characters get an extra point for talents. The game loop is simple yet satisfying. High recommend if you like this style of game.
Having played virtually every game in this genre that I am aware of (Inflation RPG, Zawia RPG, Resolute Hero RPG, Infinity RPG, Hero's Quest) this is definitely one of the better ones out there. I have enjoyed my time playing it a lot and have almost 100%ed every character on normal mode so far. The only thing that feels tedious to me is completing the bestiary on each seperate character - I understand that it ties into the metaprogression but I wish there was a different solution. Everything else makes for a rather smooth gameplay expereince. Particular standouts that differentate this from other games in it's genre are the metaprogression which translates over to other characters and the pretty generous droprate on items -you wont have to spend hundreds of runs grinding fgg+1s like in IRPG here. With all that said the game is pretty short so far (compared to others as there is a lot less grinding involved) and I am really looking forward to future content updates. One thing worth mentioning for veterans of the genre (and something I wish I knew earlier) - instead of unlocking a new difficulty after completing a run on normal, you can adjust the difficulty in the settings right at the beginning, meaning you can start playing on ascension right away for a more challenging experience.
Super addictive game. Looking forward to full release.
Well made game! Great Inflation RPG vibes!
Révolutionne le genre, très bon gameplay et une petite histoire sympa
