Even though I already knew the story, I always wanted to experience the game for myself. I finally bought a copy after getting my first laptop and I'm so happy I got to play it. This is truly one of my favorite games. Maybe it's because of the characters, story, or themes that resonated with me, I loved every part of it. Even when I create stories of my own, I often catch myself taking inspiration from Omori. I recently made a short game in its style for one of my university projects, and my professor really liked it. I also want to mention how incredibly well written the characters are. I've grown so attached to them that they genuinely hold a special place in my heart. I even bought Polaroid photos from the game. They warm my heart every time I look at them, but knowing the story makes them hurt just as much.

bad game with an emo tumblr storyline
the best game i've ever played so far. i can't find anything that i don't like about omori. it's just so wonderful and amazing from the start untill the very end. the entire plot, the characters, the narrative, the fights and especially the soundtracks!!! everything is so well made that it's unbelievable how perfect this game is. omori changed my life and i will always recommend playing it to anybody no matter what preferences you have in games. omori is an unforgettable experience overall
I went into OMORI with high expectations because I had heard almost nothing but praise for it. Unfortunately, I ended up feeling rather disappointed. The game has some serious pacing issues, and the controls often felt awkward to me, which made it difficult to fully enjoy the experience. I absolutely love games like Undertale and Deltarune, so I expected OMORI to appeal to me in a similar way. However, despite its interesting ideas and unique style, it simply wasn’t the right game for me. I understand why so many people love it, but personally, I didn’t enjoy it nearly as much as I had hoped.
Simplemente si.
OMORI is one of the most emotionally powerful games I've ever played. What initially seems like a quirky RPG inspired by classics like EarthBound gradually transforms into a deeply personal story about grief, trauma, guilt, friendship, and the struggle to move forward. Few games have left such a lasting impact on me long after the credits rolled. The story is easily the game's strongest aspect. Without spoiling anything, OMORI slowly reveals its narrative over dozens of hours, rewarding patient players with one of the most memorable and heartbreaking journeys in gaming. The pacing can feel slow at times, but every scene, character interaction, and strange moment serves a purpose. By the end, the emotional payoff is absolutely worth it. The cast of characters is fantastic. They feel like real friends with believable relationships, flaws, and personalities. Watching them interact throughout the adventure makes the world feel alive, and it becomes incredibly easy to become attached to them. Their struggles feel genuine, which makes the emotional moments hit even harder. Visually, the game has a unique style that perfectly balances charm and unease. The colorful dreamlike environments are beautiful and creative, while the darker sections create a sense of discomfort that lingers in the back of your mind. The contrast between these two sides of the game is one of its greatest strengths. The soundtrack is phenomenal. From relaxing and nostalgic melodies to unsettling atmospheric tracks, every piece of music enhances the experience. Many songs remain stuck in my head long after finishing the game, and several emotional scenes simply would not have had the same impact without the incredible music behind them. Gameplay is solid, even if it isn't the main reason people remember OMORI. The turn-based combat system introduces an emotion mechanic that adds strategic depth and helps battles stand out from other RPGs. While some sections can feel repetitive and certain dungeons run a bit longer than necessary, the gameplay remains enjoyable throughout. What truly makes OMORI special is its ability to handle difficult themes with maturity and care. It tells a story that is heartbreaking, uncomfortable, hopeful, and unforgettable all at once. Very few games manage to connect with players on such a deep emotional level. The only reason I wouldn't give it a perfect 10 is because some pacing issues and longer gameplay sections can occasionally slow the experience. However, these are minor flaws in an otherwise incredible game. OMORI is a masterpiece of storytelling and one of the most emotionally impactful RPGs ever made. Final Score: 9.8/10 A beautiful, heartbreaking, and unforgettable journey that stayed with me long after I finished it. If you're looking for a game with a powerful story and memorable characters, OMORI is absolutely worth experiencing.
a game has never made me feel so many emotions and I dont think ive ever cried harder at a game
