MEGA GIGA WOW
Omen Is defiantly a work in progress. A very aggravating game if you jump right in and don't play the tutorial first. I know its a no brainier but going in gun-ho ended with multiple deaths and me highly frustrated. Now, there are some things that need to be addressed like an auto reload and a flash light re-gen indicator. Those 2 things either left me confused as to when i can progress waiting for my flashlight and panicked trying to manually reload after i had fired all my ammo. I found that adjusting your FOV immediatly helps with that lighting issue when trying to punch enemies early on and identifying where they are at. all in all, Omen is fun and i recommend a few play through's and patients when giving this game a try and hopefully down the line it can be a well polished game.

Developed and published by CJWorks, OM6N is an indie first-person shooter that blends retro-inspired gunplay with survival horror elements and light role-playing progression. The game places players in a bleak world where demonic forces have devastated civilization, leaving only scattered remnants of humanity struggling to survive. Rather than relying on lengthy cinematic storytelling, it uses environmental details, relentless combat, and exploration to immerse players in its dark setting. The overall presentation clearly pays tribute to classic shooters while incorporating modern gameplay mechanics that add depth to the experience. The core gameplay revolves around fast, fluid movement and intense firefights. Players are encouraged to stay constantly on the move, using speed and positioning to avoid enemy attacks while delivering accurate gunfire. Combat feels deliberately old-school, emphasizing reflexes and situational awareness instead of cover-based mechanics. Each encounter demands quick decision-making as waves of grotesque enemies pressure players from multiple directions, creating an experience that rewards skill and persistence over simple firepower. OM6N expands beyond traditional retro shooters by introducing survival mechanics that force players to think carefully about every resource they collect. Ammunition, healing supplies, and equipment are limited, making exploration an essential part of progression rather than an optional activity. The game also incorporates an upgrade system that allows players to improve their abilities over time through experience and character development. This progression system gives every battle a greater sense of purpose while allowing players to gradually customize their approach without removing the challenge that defines the game. The weapon selection offers enough variety to keep combat engaging throughout the campaign. Different firearms excel in different situations, encouraging players to switch weapons based on enemy behavior and battlefield conditions. Learning when to conserve ammunition, when to unleash powerful weapons, and how to manage limited resources becomes an important part of mastering the game. The combination of strategic inventory management and aggressive combat creates a satisfying balance between survival horror tension and adrenaline-fueled action. Visually, OM6N embraces a grim and unsettling atmosphere. Its environments are filled with abandoned structures, corrupted landscapes, and horrifying creatures that reinforce the sense of humanity's collapse. While the game does not attempt to compete with large-budget visual showcases, its art direction successfully establishes a haunting mood through effective lighting, detailed enemy designs, and environmental storytelling. The sound design complements the visuals with eerie ambient effects, unsettling creature noises, and impactful weapon audio that heighten the overall immersion. One of the game's greatest strengths is its commitment to challenging gameplay. It does not hold the player's hand or soften its difficulty with excessive checkpoints or forgiving mechanics. Instead, success comes from learning enemy patterns, improving accuracy, managing resources wisely, and adapting to increasingly dangerous situations. This approach makes every victory feel rewarding, although newcomers who prefer more forgiving shooters may initially find the learning curve demanding. The narrative remains relatively straightforward, serving primarily as a backdrop for the action rather than the central attraction. Players searching for complex character development or heavily scripted story sequences may find the storytelling somewhat minimal. However, those who enjoy piecing together lore through exploration and environmental clues will likely appreciate the game's subtle approach to world-building, allowing the atmosphere to tell much of the story. Overall, OM6N succeeds as a modern interpretation of classic first-person shooters by combining high-speed combat, survival horror mechanics, meaningful progression, and a dark supernatural setting. Its focus on player skill, challenging encounters, and rewarding exploration creates an experience that stands out among independent action titles. Although its unforgiving difficulty and minimalist storytelling may not appeal to everyone, fans of retro-inspired shooters and horror-themed action games will find plenty to enjoy in CJWorks' ambitious project. Rating: 6/10
很多地方没有钥匙进不去,希望有个秘籍,太容易卡关了
Il peggior gioco mai provato!!! Uno schifo assoluto, non so neanche come sia possibile creare un'immondizia simile. NON COMPRATELO!!!!!!!
*Don't buy this* Could have been good, but the devs don't have any idea of timing and flow. Instead the game is absolutely unbalanced, chaotic, too fast, piles foes on you. 90% of the doors have a zombie behind, no surprise, it's tiring. Takes a lot of ammo to kill them, some times seem the bullets go through them with little effect. Cleaned an area? Expect re-spawnings out of thin air. Anyway, I rarely give a negative recommendation, because I use my own Cheat Engine tables in every game I play, tweaking them to my preferences: Here I made the hero invulnerable, with infinite stamina, ammo, food, drink, armor. The only thing I didn't use is infinite flashlight power. And even with all those advantages it's grossly unplayable. 2/10 -------- Spoilers: ... ... ... Found the Omen Stone in the center of an overturned table, 4 legs in the air, in the 1st floor room where a bunch of chairs come alive to attack you. I put the stone in the candle circle on the ground floor, etc. But good luck finding the many keys and the power switch for the library doors, in the unrelenting zombie rain.
