Northgard: Definitive Edition

This is the defining version of the game? Single player I had no issue, but once you get into Bifrost with multiple friends, just hope you are ready to waste an entire hour just to get to the end of one mission to have a bug completely freeze the game and make it unplayable, so you lost all of your progress and have to restart. My disappointment is immeasurable and my day is ruined. Uninstalling and removing from my account. This has happened far to many times for me to handle. G G

hmm tried to play this again after I lost interest due to lack of innovation/ bug fixes unfortunately this turned into a cash grab game

Господи, как же круто начинался этот проект! И как глупо ушёл в бизнес... Полседняя миссия с Фенриром. Она неинтересная абсолютно ! ОНА ТУПО душная. Но ,сделаем ещё дополнений по 5 баксов на новую фракцию которая толком ничем не будет отличаться от других!

Ive played this for years on xbox and I never thought it would turn out the way it did, they use to have controller support on steam but that went away. No it doesn't feel like the same game. this new variation of whatever this is is not what I played 5 years ago. I used to have fun but not anymore. Unfortunately this game has deteriorated.

This game felt very bland and basic to me when it first came out. Then the barrage of DLC came and this one is just like all the other DLC loaders out there trying to pass itself off as a game. One of the many that Steam should have never allowed to do this but here we are...

I started my Northgard journey around 2022. What a ride it has been. Northgard scratched an itch I had for a game similar to Warcraft. Maybe it’s a weird comparison, but the campaign, the different clans, and their own perks reminded me of the many hours I spent playing Warcraft III. The story introduces you to all the main clans: Goat, Bear, Crow, Stag, and Boar. The best way to get into the game, before starting Conquests or going into multiplayer, is to play the Saga of Rig. Since I started playing, the main game has had a few additions. A new campaign with new clans, including the clan of the Lion, inspired by Western Europe rather than the Norse mythos, the game got us used to. As previously mentioned, the best way to get accustomed to the new gameplay of these clans is to play the campaign. It is definitely a new way to play the game, and it has a bit of a learning curve if you’ve been used to the other clans. Another addition to the base game is three clans that were DLCs before. The clan of the Snake is very fun, and I recommend playing it. I think it fits beginners due to its gameplay. Then we have the clan of the Dragon, which, if you thought the Wolf clan was barbaric, takes it up a notch and is fully focused on offence. Lastly, the clan of the Horse, which combines offence with a bit of strategy and defence. I wouldn’t call myself a fan of this clan, but it was fun playing with them. Northgard is a game that keeps on growing. The team releases new clans regularly; some are more fun than others. This new Definitive Edition of the game showcases everything you need to know about it, things that hardcore fans learned step by step. This is the perfect moment to become a Northgard fan. Shiro Games Studio has struck gold with this one, and I am glad to see a team devoted to bringing fun and diversity to their game.

Northgard is a great game. My husband and I loved classic Warcraft, and this game is so like that. We have been playing Conquest together for several year now. There have been some bugs here and there, but anymore we don't have any problems.
