About
Noox is a 3D first person medieval fantasy ghost investigation game that can be played solo or co-op. Use magically powered tools to collect evidence left behind by ghost hauntings, sort through the clues to decide which type of ghost is haunting the location, and assemble the necessary runes on your trap to capture the ghost and stop the haunting. But beware of draining your mana too fast by using too many tools at once, because the ghost will sense your weakness and use that moment to attack!
You play an alchemist investigating hauntings to extract magical energy (noox) from spirits. Travel to different haunted locations and stop the evil presence. Utilizing some fantasy twists on classic ghost investigation tools like an EMF reader of glowing mushrooms, track the ghost and collect the energy it infuses into objects that it has interacted with. Once enough information has been collected, assemble the necessary runes to capture the ghost on your trap and bring the ghost back to your workshop to complete your collection and unlock new abilities.

Really neat game for the price! I did find some elements a little complicated as they are now, but once we got everything figured out, it was a blast! The art style is amazing, and the game play is absolutely charming. 10/10, would use my skeleton friend's head as a flashlight again.
A ghost hunting game at heart with a great Fantasy Twist. I've had a variety of ghosts from the ones that hand evidence right away to the ones that are quiet and more stubborn. There's also the matter of the ghost models, which is one of the progression elements in Noox. Not only are there the models found in any place, but each of the first four locations have a unique ghost model that only appear on each of those places. Each location also features unique environments. While you do not need to clear every house to succeed (trapping the ghost does the trick), you are treated to a beautiful clear effect that differs by place. You will enjoy this game the most if you experiment with what works and what does not. I love myself some randomness and this game has just that. The ghost behaviour is random, the evidence you'll get is random, the ghost model is random, and (my favourite) the weather is random. This helps make each investigation unique. Perhaps one of my favourite aspects, the developer is approachable when it comes to feedback and bugs. They are quick at identifying and resolving any issues that arise. The development of the game is also featured in their stream, a great place to go to if you need advice or have a suggestion for Noox. This game is well worth the low price that it costs! Go ahead, give it a try!

Neat concept but the tutorial doesn't give enough info specially about the book/journal thing on the tab button or that different ghosts require different runes. while I enjoy being thrown into the fire, this was not enjoyable 4/10 needs work
A really fun time with friends that gets better with every update. You can watch the game get better on the dev stream.
