Availability
We put this game to every storefront we collect. A market that answered not sold has told us something about the game; a market we never asked has not, and the two are never drawn the same.
Discounts
Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.

El combate es muy bueno
TL;DR
Recommend if you like historical Japan as a setting, but only if you can stomach a souls-like (where a higher difficulty is expected) being made unnecessarily frustrating by complex combat mechanics and controls, in addition to the camera as an additional enemy.
Why I would recommend this game
Great game in principle - so many weapons and skills, amazing theme with people and yokai living together instead of the typical boring, dead, and demon-overrun hellscape we all are used to from the souls-like genre. Believe it or not - it actually has a story. The builds feel meaningful, I can be a tanky samurai or kunai-throwing ninja. Being able to switch and learn new weapons so easily is great - haven't seen this anywhere else so far! Ability to respec, though for a price, is always welcome, same for the build-in transmog system available, also for a price in in-game gold. Although acquiring gold is only a matter of grinding, which makes having to pay unnecessary. Runs great on my system in 1440p, though with the help of DLSS.
Why I would not recommend this game
The core combat mechanics and consequently the controls are overloaded - having to press an additional button in a sort-of QTE-like fashion where perfect timing is rewarded after every attack combo you do distracts from the fight without making it more fun . Interesting design choice to say the least. You are required to remember multiple different button combinations (not single buttons) to switch between shortcut items and ammunition types, which is fine, but also to change combat stances and even pull off spells and counters essential to staying alive during the fight. Even when you have mastered these, this leaves a lot of room for making mistakes. As usual with these types of games, there are unblockable attacks, which require some different mechanic - which generally are appreciated as these tend to keep things interesting! Unfortunately, you often end up in situations where the respective bars (as in stamina and the likes) are too low for you to pull these moves off, all the while cornered and unable to see due to our dear old friend, the camera. Combined with these attacks being telegraphed in a way that did not feel natural to me at all compared to similar games of the genre made me quit a game, which I would have otherwise loved to continue playing. Which is a real shame.
Final words and message to the devs
If you can get this game in a sale, definately give it a try and maybe you'll enjoy it more than I did. I commend the devs on establishing themselves as a true contender in this genre with so many unique ideas! I will try out the other parts of this series and see if I enjoy them more because everything else about this game was indeed really enjoyable. I would advocate for a way to adjust the gameplay of these types of games to accomodate for frustration resulting from controls and camera by being able to turn on or off some mechanics rather than simply adjusting health pools or damage numbers.

14 on sale1 answered “not sold”0 we did not ask
The 1 “not sold” market is read from the Steam price pass of Aug 24: that day the store answered for this game elsewhere and gave no price there. The 14 priced markets are the same rows as the table above — each the latest price we hold, dated here when it is older than that pass. The 0 marked “not asked” were not put to this store at all — either it has no storefront there or we do not collect it yet, and neither is a statement about the game. A refusal is a refusal on one day; a store can list a title again tomorrow.

For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Poland over the last 30 days: the 21 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 12 places towards #1, and the 2,501 moves with no price cut behind them went 1 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

First, let me start by saying that the exact thing that makes this game great is what makes it so bad, and that is the fact that this game is pretty much a copy and paste of the first one. The same great things that are in the first game are also here, but all of the glitches and bugs are also here, plus some new ones, like how the new Burst Counter seems to only work sometimes, sometimes the enemy gets staggered, damaged and you take no damage, sometimes you take no damage but the enemy doesn't get staggered, and sometimes both of you take damage, it feels more like a gamble than an actual strategy. The main character had a massive change from the first game, instead of playing as an interesting character like in the first one, in this game you can create your own character that says nothing throughout the game. There's not much to say about this game, if you played Nioh then you played Nioh 2. Nioh 2 is pretty much Nioh with very few upgrades and changes, and these few changes do not justify the price. Nioh 2 should've been cheaper or a DLC for the first game. Nioh is my favorite soulslike of all time but they dropped the ball on this one.
The Combat is fun, the weapons have good design, the yoki look cool, (Most of them) and trying to get the skill you want on armor or a weapon feels like loosing all your money or umbricite. Anyway going back to the yoki looking cool apart from a few.
Pene rico UwU
除了对眼睛不太友好外,动作方面各种派生体验良好,只玩一周目也够回本了
好玩好玩,大斧头上段重击复读简直就是我最爱的巨剑狮子斩
