Nightmare Frames

honestly one of the best PnC games I've played : plenty of real life references and lore, a fascinating period in time lovingly rendered, good albeit very simple puzzles, an intriguing story and two amazing tone shifts from the sundrenched los angeles slow start into bleak american gothic. The setting and mood are the greatest accomplishment, with the movie and hollywood lore nostalgically guiding you through a sick, twisted and honestly depraved trip into the search for the absolute. The ending sequence is pretty weak and the supernatural element is way too simplicistic to truly engage, but everything else is really on point. I wholeheartedly recommend it to any lover of point n click adventure games.

Sin duda alguna uno de los mejores juegos de aventura gráfica con los que me he topado. Desde que descubrí al desarrollador Postmodern Adventures, no dejo de alucinar con los juegos que saca de tanto en cuanto. Jugando a este juego vuelves a tener aquella sensación de esas aventuras gráficas a las que jugaste por primera vez. Pero esta vez con un contenido mucho más adulto. Un guion lleno de giros argumentales que no te dejarán indiferente. Eso, unido a la gran personalidad de cada uno de sus personajes, la ambientación, el humor negro y mucho más, hacen de esta aventura un must have. Por mi parte, lo pongo en mi top ten de juegos, deseando que el creador vuelva a sacar una obra maestra como esta en breve. En resumen, este juego es un pasote.

故事还挺好看的，主角跟其他人物的对话好鲜活，很多地方都幽我一默，特别是跟joe有一段对话简直笑死我了。不过有一处感觉是交互范围设置的太小了，[spoiler] 墙上有一个很小的信箱，因为初次交互说主角手伸不进去，我就试着用物品栏里粘了口香糖的笔刷去弄， [/spoiler]结果我在那点了半天都没互动结果，还以为用错道具了，结果去其他区域转了好几圈还是卡主线进程。想着明天再继续，然后去翻了下实况看到底咋解的，[spoiler] 结果就是用笔刷去粘，[/spoiler]我真服了。 前半la篇过完，主角讲话简直太有攻击力了，好会吐槽好会骂。joe店里的街机答题有俩成就，[spoiler] 但是进入小镇前会把物品栏里除钱包外的所有东西都丢掉，所以硬币也被丢掉了，不知道全篇打完后还能不能回去店里投币答题做成就。 [/spoiler] 下半小镇篇，故事挺不错的，[spoiler] 不过从警局出来后剧情简直是急转直下啊，但结局还是好的。主角真的好冷静，特别是小镇篇里几乎感受不到任何恐惧和畏缩情绪，讲话很有力度，还是个一x超人（但是好像这里面大家都能一拳ko掉对面）小镇篇里和局长的搭档任务还是挺安心的，除了维修站两人掉洞里那一段实在好笑。[/spoiler]虽然剧情非常劲爆，但和la篇相比显得有些脱节，氛围以及剧情身份都有点突如起来的转变，[spoiler] 并且放映环节处决那几个人直到结尾都有点太快太草率了吧，[/spoiler]看着挺恍惚的怎么回事。 总体游玩体验还是好，la篇实在合我口味，文字框里的各种吐槽太幽默。一个b级片编剧的故事，进入悲剧小镇后真正身处于b级恐怖片之中。

This game is absolutely oozing with passion. It's got the sauce. If you're coming out of playing top tier adventure games like Unavowed and Primordia and looking for more, look no further. I can't wait to play the other two games from Postmodern.

Ein aktuelles Spiel (2020er), dass im 1990er-Look die 1980er aufleben lässt. Und die Horrorfilme der 80er. Oder besser gesagt: Grausam sterben lässt. Die Geschichte ist düster und absolut nichts für Jugendliche! Für Point & Click-Fans im Pixel-Style ein Muss! Die "fehlende" Vertonung der Stimmen ist am Anfang gewöhnungsbedürftig, wurde für mich aber im Verlauf ein Pluspunkt, da man sich anders auf die Geräusche und Atmosphäre einlässt und es dem Spiel einen gechillteren Flow gibt. Aber auch wenn man die fehlenden Audios nur so "halbgut" findet, sollte man dieses Spiel nicht skippen! P.S. Bei mir lief es sehr stabil.

Una gran aventura gráfica con muy buen desarrollo de su historia, puzzles de dificultad media y entretenidos. yo le pongo un 10.

Great PnC adventure. A love letter to the horror genre.

This was so good! I love point and click adventures and this was very well done. It was very much like watching a well done horror film. Great Pacing, it didn't feel too long or too short, escalation at just the right points. The characters were well done and the atmosphere was great. Plus, you can tell the creators really love horror as a genre. I AM SO IMPRESSED! Glad I found this company!

La historia me encantó, aunque el juego resulta demasiado fácil. Supongo que como introducción al género de aventura gráfica está bien, pero me hubiera gustado algo que me hubiera hecho devanarme los sesos un poco más supongo.

That was pretty good. Slightly abrupt end but still satisfying.
