Ni no Kuni™ II: Revenant Kingdom tells a story about how Evan, after losing his kingdom, sets out on a journey to build a new kingdom. the story takes place over 9 chapters, describing Evan's tale, with surprises at the end. the story itself is very interesting, with a lot of side quests to gain rewards and citizens for the kingdom. Note: i have not played the prequel as the kingdom building aspect of the Ni no Kuni™ II caught my eye. The good: the story is engaging, with interactive segments to keep it interesting. the story also offers an idealistic view of the game world. The game also levels up all the characters, regardless of the the active 3 chosen, so there is no need to grind exp for different sets of characters. The bad: However, the side quests, while helpful, my be time consuming. the kingdom building features feels like a MMO game, where time is needed to build stuff. Note: when waiting for items to be build while being idle, you cannot minimize or click out of the game as it would effectively pause the timer as well. Overall, a great game, with an interesting story and characters. I Would recommend trying this game out.

Хорошая история, которая рассказывает историю мальчика, потерявшего всё за один день, но преодолевший тяжесть потери продолжает идти вперёд и помогает другим. Графическая часть хорошо подчеркивает сказочное повествование истории.

Great Game Better than wrath of the white witch
Honestly the story is pretty childish and predictable; really basic. I just couldn't care less for side quests or many other stuff, but the game still managed to get me engaged enough to go for the 100% (wich was absolute ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥, not because of the postgame itself, but because of the DLC btw). You can complete the whole campaign without caring about combat; just pick the best stat weapon/armor and you're good. You only need to go deep into combat system with the DLC, which happen to be horrible. Just a way to extend in a really bad way the game life in order to get the 100%. Other than that I had a rather positive, mostly fun experience. The city managing system was not perfect but engaging enough to get me hooked in the game. Would recommend for sale.
