Ni no Kuni™ II: Revenant Kingdom

Tried to boot it up today, game just stops ALL AV output and my TV goes to its "No Signal" screensaver. If I tab out, I get my display back and can see that the game is technically "running" but it won't display literally anything.

Замечательная игра. Графика в стиле студии гибли. Интересный сюжет. Много классных сайд квестов. Простая, но приятная боёвка. Единственное, что кому-то может не понравится - это гринд, но его не так много. Лучшая jrpg, если хотите познакомиться с жанром.

The best J-RPG, it's really beautiful and the game is so nice to play, they fix all the small things in J-RPG like pace of the game, receive rewards from your kingdom, take items in game is automatic. Still the references and I'm sad to see the new J-RPG release game doesn't take exemple of this one.

I just finished this game, and I really enjoyed it! +The visuals are beautiful, the animations look great (I never really got over the special animation for walking down stairs... it looks so natural), and the environments are varied and have a lot of character. The visual quality is easily a 10/10; very pretty game. +Evan is a very likable protagonist, and the game and its characters have a lot of charm overall. +The kingdom building and management part was surprisingly enjoyable, coming from someone who doesn't often play management-type games. It helped that investing in that mechanic offered legitimately useful upgrades to other areas of gameplay. ~The combat was fun enough but quite easy on Normal difficulty. I died maybe twice in the entire 59 hours it took me to finish the game. I didn't mind that, but if you want even a bit of challenge, you should probably pick at least Hard mode. ~The story wasn't groundbreaking, but I enjoyed it all the same, and the ending was quite touching! Plus, my only previous exposure to Ni No Kuni being the movie, [spoiler]it was satisfying to see the whole counterpart thing I had been wondering about finally have relevance-- it was a nice 'wow' moment. [/spoiler] Since I haven't played the first Ni No Kuni yet, I can't compare the two, but I may update this once I have. I also have yet to play the DLC for this game-- which reminds me, I got the Prince's Edition on sale for ~$11, which is actually crazy considering the quality and amount of content it contains. It seems to go on deep sales like that pretty often, and it was 1000% worth the money. I almost feel bad that I didn't spend more on it! Overall, definite recommend, especially if you catch it on sale.

As an RPG, this is absolutely fantastic. You don't need to play the first game of the series at all to understand and get into the lore. The game doesn't play like the first either, so no creature collecting sadly. It is still fantastic, and just as good as the first.

Esse jogo é a perfeição e eu já platinei 2 vezes. Vale muito a pena comprar, especialmente nas promoções. Uma qualidade surreal, jogo belíssimo, gameplay divertida trilha sonora incrível e uma historia bem de fantasia no estilo studio ghibli. Foi uma experiência marcante pra mim jogar pela primeira vez em 2018, e rejogando em 2026 percebo que é um jogo que se mantem com um nível de qualidade excelente ainda pros padrões de hoje. Super recomendo!
