Prices

Availability
We put this game to every storefront we collect. A market that answered not sold has told us something about the game; a market we never asked has not, and the two are never drawn the same.
Discounts
Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.

About
Combining furious run ‘n’ gun action and deep, roguelike mechanics, Neon Abyss pits you as a member of ‘Grim Squad’ – a task force set-up by Hades himself to infiltrate the Abyss and defeat the New Gods. Death is not the end as every time you die, you’ll find yourself more empowered than before.

As you progress through each dungeon, random item drops will be key in helping you infiltrate the Abyss and these passive effects can stack between every item. With no limit to how many can apply; a wide variety of combinations will make each run unique.

With each run, you will be able to unlock new rooms, items, bosses, special rules and even new endings! This means each dungeon is unique and expandable, being tailored to your own specific playstyle.
If you need some company on your journey into the depths of the abyss, or just some additional firepower or assistance, eggs can be found which will turn into a random pet that has a special ability and will evolve the longer you survive.
Take a short break from slaying minions and take part in random mini-games that will also bag you some loot! Jump into Piano Performances, Meditation Challenge, Dance Competitions, and more – staying alive just got a lot more interesting!

Reviews
Tried it out for a few runs and was immediately put off by the controls and game design. The game expects you to platform correctly but the jump button is strangely pushing a stick up or a shoulder button, but the most obvious button which is A, is for Interact. But you're also expected to shoot with the right stick, like a Twin Stick shooter, but instead of having a Trigger button to fire when you want to for accuracy, it's done by pressing the direction of the right stick. But it's not a Twin Stick shooter, as it's also a 2D platformer as well, so as you're trying to aim, you're trying to move, and then interact / throw bombs. There's no aim for bombs, so you just end up hurting yourself. This whole design scheme just doesn't work, even after redoing the keybinds to try to free up certain actions. The level design looks bland, the shooting is uninteresting, and there's no story, so there's no motivation for me to keep going.

14 of 15 markets; the rest we haven't asked for this title, not markets where it is unavailable.
14 on sale1 answered “not sold”0 we did not ask
The 1 “not sold” market is read from the Steam price pass of Aug 18: that day the store answered for this game elsewhere and gave no price there. The 14 priced markets are the same rows as the table above — each the latest price we hold, dated here when it is older than that pass. The 0 marked “not asked” were not put to this store at all — either it has no storefront there or we do not collect it yet, and neither is a statement about the game. A refusal is a refusal on one day; a store can list a title again tomorrow.

For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 26 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 7 places towards #1, and the 2,400 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

This game is comparable to binding of Isaac or Hades, but it is not nearly as good. The upgrades you get aren't interesting. They don't really change the way you play. A lot of upgrades just increase damage or give key or bomb drops when certain things happen. You can change weapons, but many of them aren't worth using. Items don't synergize like they do in binding of isaac. There aren't really any interesting combinations of items. It makes all the runs feel the same, and it gets repetitive quickly. Hades doesn't have item synergies like binding of Isaaac, but it does have some storylines that are interesting. The gameplay didn't get old nearly as quickly in Hades either. I got this game for 5 dollars, so almost 9 hours isn't too bad. I doubt I'll come back to this game though. There isn't enough to keep it interesting. Also, the number of pets you get is just ridiculous.
差评理由 1.完全不能看到自己要拿的道具,一定要拿到了才知道 2.游戏性价比极低 3.画质只能1920 没得调 4.有好几个角色没区别,不知道搞来干嘛
Here is my review for Neon Abyss: This is a roguelight platforming shooter game. You select one of ten characters who have slightly different stats and starting weapons. Then you delve into the underground dungeon. You shoot monsters, throw grenades, and jump. Your character doesn't handle as tight as you would want for such a precise platformer. There's many, many, many times that I jumped directly into damage because my character didn't want to stop when I told them to stop. The bosses are all flying circles that shoot attacks at you. Sure the attacks are different, but they all feel pretty much the same. You complete the "final boss" of the run, and you unlock a new "final boss". The next run you'll go through the same monsters and bosses, until you get to the extra appended level with the new boss, another circle bullet hell fight. To add into the tedium, you only unlock new rooms by purchasing them with your sparkle stones. This means you'll keep seeing the same rooms and items continuously and are "rewarded" with more variety after more runs. Story is pretty nonexistent. You're a dude in a bar and go shoot stuff in the dungeon. Then the manager says fourth wall breaking things like "The players want more content" and "Hades is a better roguelight game". Then they tell you to grind more sparkle stones. Overall, the game is just so boring. There's so many better roguelights around, you should do those instead. And the only reason I was able to do a half dozen runs, was because I cheated.
傻逼游戏道具什么效果都不知道,想学以撒能不能把创意工坊搬上来我请问了
okay game for a few hours, but get repetitive really fast. new character doesn't bring much variety. Bosses arent challenging emough
All the negative reviews are like "Gets repetitive" SMH IT'S A ROUGELIKE!!!! GREAT GAME 10/10
