About
Neo Cab is a visual novel about emotional survival in an automated world.
You play as Lina, the last human cab driver. It’s your very first night driving the lonely streets of Los Ojos, and your best friend has just disappeared.
Is she in grave danger... or just the flakiest friend ever? Either way, now you need to find cash, a place to crash, and some answers.
Your only leads are the diverse cast of characters you pick up in your cab, but getting them to open up isn’t always easy. The anarchist punks don’t trust you, the corporate yuppies don’t see you, and the cops won’t leave you alone. But if you can balance honesty, empathy, and your own emotional health, you might just learn their secrets.
Can you survive late-stage capitalism long enough to save your friend?
STAY ON THE ROAD. STAY ON THE SEARCH. STAY HUMAN.
Every pax is a puzzle. Whether you like them or not, everyone has their own story to tell.

Lina’s best course for survival is to keep driving. Piece together what has happened to Savy as you help Lina navigate the city grid.

Each passenger interaction will affect Lina’s mood; as her emotions become more intense, some choices will be taken away, while other choices will be unlocked.

Neo Cab features a branching narrative with pax stories written by Leigh Alexander, Kim Belair, Bruno Dias, Duncan Fyfe, Paula Rogers & Robin Sloan.
Featuring an original soundtrack by Obfusc (Monument Valley, House of Cards).
Sums Steam only; GOG, Nintendo publish no volume signal, so the true total is higher by an unknown amount.
Achievement-hunting-friendly ✓

What you see, is what you get ✓

Heavy topics about tech and humans ✓
I really wanted to love this game, because the first hour was awesome. But rather quickly I got annoyed by the fact that sometimes your current emotions force you into curtain answers. It did not feel like i have a choice. Because fighting the emotion first, and than decide on something wasn't an option either. But that was the only bad thing about the game. I just don't see a reason to replay it, if not for achievements. Because it bugged me to see the option i would like to choose, yet being told "i was to annoyed to say that". Especially if the emotional reasoning made no sense to me.
Who is this for:

You like social and tech critique in games
You enjoy visual novels, that limit your answers with some kind of gameplay (in this case, your characters emotions)
You enjoy diversity in characters
For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 26 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 7 places towards #1, and the 2,400 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

Casual game, I liked it. Hate Savy tho
One of the cyberpunk setting.
The game is quite beautiful visually. I liked it, and the facial animations and car animations are also highlights. Otherwise, that's all. Negative side, in my opinion: unnecessary mood mechanics, weird dialogues, dumb plot and money system. I don't recommend this game, even if you're a fan of novels (or cyberpunk style). I was hoping for more. But after reading reviews and playing it myself, I'm disappointed (
Oynanış diye bir şey yok ve sıkıcı

I think this game doesn't try to be something it's not. You are one of the only human uber drivers in a cyberpunk-esc city ruled by a greedy corporation, and you learn more about the city as you pick up more "pax." You meet a range of folk, from cult leaders to a quantum statistician, a diverse cast of characters to keep you engaged, and the many different conversations you can have with them (like an actual cabbie.) You can give them real, raw, human interaction, something that is missing in the cold robotic city. I also love the addition of the feelgrid. The mechanic introduced that detects your emotions using a grid of color in real time. It gives you a range of different responses based on your mood, altering your interactions with your passengers. (Vague spoiler) I found that the game does have a lot of emotional intelligence, especially in the final big confrontation, where you have to help your character avoid being gaslit, and keep her cool. It's just a fun and well written game. Every passenger has their own story arc, as you can pick them back up on other nights to continue their stories. Overall, it's exactly what it looks like, a cyberpunk cab simulator with really good dialogue.
O ritmo da gameplay é muito lento, a narrativa não compensa o tempo que você passa lendo diálogos que não importam no final. O epilogo só acontece com um personagem especifico de cada vez e não significa nada no final. O "mistério" do jogo tbm é inexistente. Não jogaria outra vez.
