Discounts
Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.
Reviews, worldwide (the counter carries no country): 0/day in the week to Aug 10 → 0.14/day in the week after.
For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 26 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 7 places towards #1, and the 2,402 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

clunky game that hasn't been updated in years in short, not worth the money
If you can catch this game on sale, and have a friend or two to play it with I do highly recommend it. Beautiful stylized world, fun weapons and play styles, game-play that is challenging without being unfair. The only downside is a lot of mechanics and stories are left unfinished. This game has been abandoned. Still good fun and worth a smaller price, especially if you enjoy souls-like style combat.

8 years later and there still isn't another game like this. I bought this on Xbox on Launch day (which is where most of my hours are), and nothing out there really satisfies the itch this game creates. A challenging game with souls combat in a 3D, 3rd person, procedurally generated dungeon-crawler? Variety of spells (good and bad), weapons, and perks (Codexes). Some cool gear options and tons of shaders to unlock. Cool polygonal art style. Decent enemy variety. Humor sprinkled everywhere. Dungeons feel like dungeons with traps and hidden things. This gem has shown its age, but is still a gem nontheless.

It is a great game to play with friends, but it doesn't have much content on offer. The game is also not worked on by the devs anymore, so everything that the game has is everything. Any bugs or broken achievements are still there. I recommend the game if you want a fun roguelike to play with your friends, but the price of $30 USD is quite a bit too high. Wait for a sale.
I do enjoy Necropolis, but I can see this game not being for everyone. It can be fairly repetitive, and getting through the first few levels to more interesting things can be a bit of a grind (repeated every time you die). But I enjoy it as a simple Rogue-like explore and brawl game to take my mind off things. The graphics have a moderately minimalist aesthetic I enjoy. And the massive architecture and ceremonial trappings, the crumbling vast appearance of the setting, all these kind of weird, massive empty spaces used for something important long ago, and now defunct. It makes me feel like exploring the fantasy version of the anime BLAME or Girls' Last Tour. A feeling I actually enjoy.
DO. NOT. BUY. Soooo much potential, just totally incomplete and abandoned by the devs. Don't reward this bs treatment
Might not have ended up living to it's potential, but it's still a decent 3rd person coop rogue-like. Definitely worth trying on a sale.
This game is unfinished and definitely feels like it got the money and ran, it doesn't feel worth 30 dollars. I'd recommend a sale if you really want it.
