About
-Join our Discord channel to give feedback, download mods and learn about upcoming updates! Let’s make NavalArt more enjoyable, together!
-Building NavalArt is a true labor of love. As an indie dev, my vision was simple but massive: to craft the definitive PC naval sandbox. It's been a long voyage since our 2018 Early Access launch, and I couldn't have weathered it without the phenomenal support of this community. Every piece of your feedback has shaped the hull of this game. Thank you for believing in this project. I'll always welcome your thoughts in the Steam discussions as we continue to perfect the experience.
-NavalArt is a sandbox game that combines design, construction, physics, and combat, offering players a variety of experience in different stages. Players will play as designer, engineer, and commander, respectively, and guide their fleets through the ages of steel and nerve.
-As a player, you will construct your warships in dock, using parts offered by the game or the mod community. Through careful placing and adjusting of parts, with an incredibly high degree of freedom, you can shape your warships to anything you like, from overall hull shapes, to tiny anchor chains.
-Each property is critical to your design, as different armor & weapon layouts will have different effects. Take your unfinished/newly finished ships for trials, and see if it is satisfactory.
-In Quick Battles and Operations, utilize a vast arsenal of weapons spanning from the 19th to the 21st century—including naval guns, torpedoes, carrier-based aircraft, missiles, and more—to annihilate your enemies, complete missions, and claim victory.
-Arm your ship with Anti-Air weapons, including Phalanx CIWS, try to survive in the test scene after several waves of air strikes!
-Experience unique RTS-style Aircraft Carrier gameplay, where altitude is a crucial resource for your warplanes. Configure your squadrons, assign specializations, seize air superiority, and launch devastating aerial strikes against the enemy fleet.
-Walk around your ships as a fellow sailor in Gallery Mode, lineup your fleet and enjoy the parade from your flagship!
-Not in the mood of designing ships? Want more parts to use in the game? Don't forget to visit NavalArt's Steam Workshop to get thousands of warship designs and mods!

Seeing this game finally begin its proper march into maturity is definitely a pleasing development, one which puts an encouraging outlook on the future of the game. Hopefully we also can get more content mods in the workshop as well.

Oh boy where do I start? Imagine you wanted to build your own ship from your own imagination but other games like Ultimate Admiral dreadnoughts force you into those dang weight limits. In this game there isn't a limit for weight. The only limit is your building skills (and your PC if you plan to fight in battles). It can be a bit qwerky to get used to the mechanics and isn't very friendly for new players who don't have experience in sandbox like games where you can build things. The community is also awsome since they provide many mods that add new custom parts or if your lazy like me or don't have 5 free hours also provide you with ship designs. The only major issue is the realisim in battles can be a bit questionable. the Ballistics are weird, the armor also a bit weird, and the HP system isnt really my favorite but the game does get updated pretty frequently so you most likely won't have much to not do.
epico
its fun and gives what you want to the full but i wish they whould ad ai submarines and depthcharges that the ai can use
