Napoleon's Eagles is the classic board game War & Peace for computer. Be Napoleon – or stand against him – in a series of short scenarios that cover the epic battles of the age, or in a multiplayer-only grand campaign that may – or may not – end on the field of Waterloo.

This is the war & peace board game in digital form. Sadly, it has no grand campaign vs the AI, which is pretty limiting. The scenarios are OK, a bit limited but they are generally interesting. But the lack of a grand campaign is a bit of a let down - you can play against yourself or against another human but they have dropped any plans to be able to play it vs an AI. Buy on heavy discount if you love the board game, otherwise I'd say skip it and just buy the board game.
Great wargame! AI is a bit week, but getting better. I suggest playing others after you learn against the AI. Game interface is slow, but faster than the board game!
Easy to play, lots of variation in how a campaign proceeds, colourful pieces and wonderful map
What a fantastic game, easy to learn, accurate, and with enough depth to make you really really think, against a cunning opponent it is really excellent. I have no tplayed the bot, but I can vouch for the 2 player.
Gran juego, muy divertido y fiel al juego de tablero. Una interfaz e IA mejorables, pero en general está muy bien. Totalmente en Español.
All Napoleonic games get my positive vote -every time.
This is not a wargame. This is a maths/chess game. Most scenarios have a specific way to play, a spcefic path units must take, specific number that need to be rolled of else you are fckd. There is no consideration for unit combat readiness, equipment, etc, just some modifiers for morale and leadership that are pretty basic. Supply is rudementary. Either you are in, or out of supple, nothing in between which makes no sense either. Most battles don't make any sense, much superior forces atacking with open terrain plus cavalry, which should be bloodbath, end up with you taking the same casualties. Controls are clunky, the turns resolve very slowly. The one positive is that the AI is very well done actually and plays really good. Well because they are a computer and do all the complicated maths that honestly a player should bother to do. Just a big fat no for this thing.

Il gioco di napoleons'eagles, graficamentericorda third reich della avalon e questo è un suo fiore all'occhiello, ma la mancanza di una possibilità di gioco sincrona con altri players lo fa scendere di molto nella classifica degli stategici su larga scala.
Really enjoying this good looking boardgame port
