As someone with an ecology background, I can say the developer did a good job. The core ecological principles are represented in a believable and understandable way. You can see how different elements interact and how balance is formed over time. The game held my attention for several hours. It’s very chill and not difficult, which works well for this type of experience. There is no pressure, and you can just observe and interact with the system at your own pace. It feels more like an interactive ecological sandbox than a traditional game. What Could Be Better The main thing missing is more visual variety. After some time, the environment starts to look repetitive. More biome variations, visual details, or environmental diversity would improve the experience significantly. Also, please add Ukrainian. This game has strong educational value, and making it accessible to more people would be a great improvement. Very calm, educational, and well-designed ecosystem simulation. It successfully demonstrates ecological concepts in a simple and interactive way. If you’re interested in nature, ecology, or relaxing simulation games, it’s definitely worth trying.

It's an idle game where you build a forest by making animals poop. Of course it's great.

Relaxing game, fun mechanics and sandbox mode when you want to swtich from the campaign. The campaign seems more like a guided tutorial, I got through it really quickly. Really fun game, Ive built a massive and old forrest in the sandbox mode and have this game on in the background while i study, the music is amazing and the graphics are cute. Really easy on the PC until you unlock and automate a larger forest. (I do have a trash set up though)

the campaign in pretty fun but you finish it very quickly and theres just nothing to do in sandbox the game is pretty boring once you finish the campaign till more is added i dont think this game is worth playing

Working through the campaigns and getting to see how the habitats grow and interact with each other is sooo wholesome and rewarding. great job on bringing a habitat like clicker sim to life in such an engaging way, super fun

Absolutely fantastic! PolyPine is such an educational and relaxing and adorable indie game. It's so simple yet so sophisticated. In this game, you learn how our ecosystem works with each other and for each other. I never thought I would learn so much in a game yet enjoy every bit of it. I fully support this game and will root for more development and expansion to the game! There is a minor issue, which is when your forest gets older and more huge with a lot more animals, the game starts to lag even on a gaming PC. On mobile version, a large forest, in my case, will fail to save and crash when I attempt to save the forest. As an artist with a game dev background and a plant enthusiast, I have quickly become a fan of Polypine and will keep sending my love!

Nice short game with goods achievements. Well worth it. Shame it's not going to be expanded on.
