This game is a bit of a hidden gem. Really love the graphics and gameplay, even if it is a bit janky sometimes.
Fantastic game, really enjoy the graphics/art style, as well as the general movement and combat. Initial release had a small hic-up where i couldnt progress, but after reaching out the team was quick to get in touch to help me fix it, all and all maybe only 15 minutes from start to finish. Absolutely loving the world and running around, reminds me of games of a simpler time that were about having fun, not the pay-to-win, constant content wheel of the current game. Just nice, grounded, old school charm.
Combat and moves are good, a little laggy on the steam deck but good overall, hope to see the next updates!
I’ve been hoping for a game like this to drop for ages. If you’re into chill dungeon crawlers with fun mechanics, this one’s a solid pick
Hmm the art style was nice! the level has so much glowing objects which attracted me like a moth to a flame only to find a very normal mushroom. The jump mechanics and fluidity of movement needs some more work. Also in combat i used controller the controls to do specific upper cut and lower cut are very strange as my camera goes little crazy while performing them cant shoot straight lol. Overall the early access experience was quite enjoyable!
I loved the story, the gameplay, the music, and the art style. It may not be high fidelity, but the cartoony aspect of the game really pulled me in. Some feedback would be to add better player control and a combat system. I have, of course, across my current 32 hours of playtime, found multiple bugs, but they seem to get resolved fairly quickly, so props to the developers for that. Good aspects of the game: 1. Graphics - I love them, nothing else needs to be said 2. Story - I love the story of the game, especially the logs/notes you find randomly around the map; however, I would like to bring up some improvements that I would make to it 3. Scenery - The different environments are awesome. Every map is different and detailed. I would, however, like to have a more open-world aspect added to the game at a certain point in the progression, more on this in the "Improvements that could be made" section. 4. Developer Engagement - This game has really engaged developers, who interact and help the community. The bugs in the game get fixed really quickly once brought to their attention Improvements that could be made: 1. The combat system - The combat system is okay as is, since it is in early access. But there needs to be more interactive combat. Half of it is just getting the enemy in a glitched state and spamming attacks. 2. The story - While a really good story, there needs to be side quests. A way to get extra XP. This game feels really good, but way too story-focused. There is no open-world aspect that you may see in several titles today. This may be able to be implemented with Brighthelm once it is released to the public, as there are many NPCs in it that you just can't get to, so I see this as an opportunity! 3. The movement system - This one gets me every time. I have ragequited over this multiple times. The parkour in this game needs improvement. I have died in the parkour tower multiple times, so I can't go without saying it needs tweaking. 4. Enemy AI - Now this one sucks. I don't want to be rude, but it sucks. Absolute abomination. The Archers will move away from you randomly, so you have to shoot them, and the enemies get into glitched states VERY often, so you can just wack it to death. 5. Enemies - Models, types, moves. You name it. There are really only 1 or 2 types of enemies per level, and each of those types is either Melee or ranged. There needs to be some sort of diversity. Overall, great game! There are some flaws, but I know the devs are working to fix them for the 2026 release. I could recommend this game easily, and I can't wait for the 2026 release!
This game has been very fun to play through. It took me 4 hours to beat the first 2 levels. The attack mechanic is very adaptable, and the world is dynamic and interesting to play in. 10/10 would highly recommend.
Looks good, i'm enjoying it for the most part but, the jumping is not great and there are several spots that require jumping. I'll revisit later when i'm not frustrated at falling to my death repeatedly. Give it a shot, maybe you're better at jumping than i am.
I love this game. Mythrealm has an amazing art style, as well as engaging game-play mechanics. The level of detail in every room, item, weapon, and enemy is a testament to the intentional development of this game. Top indie game of the year. 10/10 would recommend.
I think the game has Potential, I have my Criticism negative's not a fan of the art style, the hit box, and the main charter reminds me of link from LOZ PRO's Magic is fun to play with, killing goblins is fun and can be over whelming, gobin slayer would like this game
