Absolute Simema! Childhood game that recently went on sale. I already had the 2007 Version I bought a few years before Cozy Bundle came out. I went ahead and bought it, found a nifty website (by ThuverX) that could convert my save and it all worked perfectly! This game is a simple Sims-style game that in my opinion feels a bit like Animal Crossing. You move in Sims you want, build and customize their houses, and can build customs items that some of these sims will ask for. You progress your town level for each task you complete from the commercial sims. Its pretty fun, lax, and casual.
игра хорошая, но я проклинаю ЕА за то, что они перевыпустили игру без русского языка, хотя он в ней изначально был, и даже в файлах игры он есть.
schönes spiel da kommen alte zeiten wieder hoch auf wii
Classic
i loved it
i simultaneously remember everything and nothing about this game
Nostalgic and exactly same good experience as on the Wii. Except, this far more Clothes and hairstyles in the steam version
love mysims! I grew up playing it with my family, now I'm 22 and just bought it for myself! I think the character customization of mysims (expecially vs my kingdom, which came with it when I bought it) has aged so so well. the clothing, the hair options, I feel like any sim I make is bound to be super stylish! I love the lack of gender as well. it feels so inclusive to avoid labels. A lot of the characters in the mysims universe are super endearing to me. a wide array of ages without really specifying a specific age. just vibes. they have so many different ways of expressing themselfs and i truely think all of them are loveable. its kind of like a doll house in the way that so many interactions and characters are left just vague enough you can kind of create your own story about each of the characters. the building mechanic is so delightful, the amount of customixation Is what brings me back. if I wanted, from the start of the game I could fill my house with 'sculptures' detailed and ornate and it could look like a beautifully decorated house. or I could wait until I befriend sims and get many stars so I can get many different colors and patterns and blueprints to interact with my creations in creative ways. I remember as a kid making all sorts of furniture and getting to customize them, id spend hours just on one sculpture. even in elmira's library, there is a long table that spawns in with her. its just a desk, but it doesnt follow the rules and instead has a random plank that hugs close to the wall to meet the desk requirements (despite not being a desk). beautiful, i love it so much. I think the balancing of getting essences (digging, fishing, trees) for quests or for yourself is perfect. though later game, if you go a long time between playing, it can be so frustrating to remember where essences are. the sims will give you hints; but if I were to want one mod, it would be for each essence I get to label what type(treasure, fish, tree) and where its from (desert, forest, plains). but honestly I just go to the wiki if I'm really stuck. everything is scaled with you as well and it feels more intuitive than the other games I had growing up. its easy for anyone to play and its super fun. if you ever forget the controls, it tells you. don't know where to go? just wander around, talk to people, they'll probably tell you. either way you'll have fun. listen to an audiobook, grab a cup of tea, and get inspired. its mysims.
в это нельзя играть. а в детстве както получалось видимо поэтому выросла аutisтка….
Ahh MySims. A Game where you build stuff after taking numbers of tasks from various commercial sims. A good amount of Years ago I bought the PC version in some book store. (Via: With my late dad (I miss you since December 2025) Played it for hours just interacting with the sims and sometimes construct various furniture and others. As for MySims Kingdom. I never got the chance to play it on the Wii. Until, this PC Port finally came. Currently. I mostly played MySims. Will update this review for MySims Kingdom later on. Both
Pros
- I adore how they went for a different stylistic choice for a spin off of "The Sims". Obviously taking cues from Japanese styles such as: anime, Chibi/SD (Slang for Super Deformed) .etc MySims
Pros
- The Music is pretty much what can you expect from a late 2000s game? It's great to listen to. - The Controls are simple. WASD Keys Plus It's not too hard to use your mouse to guide the cursor to pretty much
Mixed
- Not to sound too nitpicky. While The Main objective is meant to be the focus. It's a bit tedious collecting A lot of Essences especially taking a good chunk of time building stuff. Unless you're more like really into making your things colorful. Then Go Crazy! :)
Cons
- Due to the limited numbers of vacant Lots. Of course you're gonna have to choose wisely on which Sim you want in your town, Each time when you repeat sleeping at night and day in-game (Although. Because the Save files uses XML. It's somewhat easy to modify your saves for some extra room). You can move sims out but it is a bit painful to see them move away again (From my own experience when playing the 2008 PC Port)
Trivia
-For Your Information: The 2008 PC Port used to have an Online mode Which has been shutdown since "November 26, 2011". Back then any Player's Gardens would have their essences transferred to another, as well as interact with other's. Which In my personal experience. I never got the chance. Thus. The Online Mode is pretty much inaccessible. - Since this is a re-release of a port of a Wii Game. All of the content from the 2008 PC version is kept. With some alterations. Gardens are pretty much restricted to Offline Mode with all exclusive items from there now all available to anyone - Some of the voice actors Would become some voice choices. The following are "The Sims" games (Sims 1 and 2) -Nikki Rapp (Child Sim), Roger Jackson (Mojo Jojo From PPG + Elder Sims (Sims 2), Donna LeTourneau (Baby Sims, Toddler Sims, and Mrs. Crumplebottom) Teen Titans - Scott Menville (Robin), and Greg Cipes (Beast Boy and ofc THE Voice of "Buddy") Other - Danielle Judovits (Tenten, and Ayame (Naruto)
