Cut through fungal aliens in this hyper-customizable, mission based looter shooter. Hundreds of hand-crafted upgrades, 4-player co-op, and a little roach man. What’s not to love?

game rocks, love the weapon and character modding system, super cool
I really do love this game, especially compared to how constricting Deep Rock Galactic can be at times in terms of space and movement. But what this game has in gameplay and mechanics comes kind of an empty feeling when progressing. What am I supposed to do next? What do I spend these resources on? In other games of this genre it feels like there's a clear goal, some type of upgrade I can unlock with enough materials. But once I have all the weapons unlocked, it's a matter of completing missions, hoping I get a good upgrade for the gun that I want. Which I find doesn't happen as much as I'd like it to. You only need to do a short grind for resources and then you're set. Once you've done the missions once over there's not a whole lot of variety. But it's not a gameplay loop I'm tired of. Getting cool upgrades for your weapons is awesome, and once you start to piece together what build you want to achieve, it's a nice feeling. And the missions are just so fun, and I love killing things All this being said, I know this is an early access game, I know the developers plan to add more of a story and I'm excited to see how this will make my review age like milk
This is a very, very fun shooter. The way it handles the upgrades is very creative, having to manage all of them on a grid, having to either choose between one upgrade or another, or finding a way to cram everything in the limited space your given is genius. And the rougelike mode is so gas. If you buy this game buy it for that it is so good. Everything within the mode still levels up your weapons in character so it definitely isn't gonna hurt your grinds if you play that mode exclusively. Though all the other objectives are still fun and worth playing. This game just does a lot of fun little things that are absolutely worth the asking price. Give it a shot!
Mycopunk is genuinely the most fun I have had in a co-op game, it's like a mix of overwatch and shooting toilet seats lmao. The best part, you can all be the same charachter, get insanely powerful builds (especially in ouroborus, don't know if i spelled that correctly). You can literally push a boss enemy into the sky with a certain ability, like wtf. My friend did that and we were looking for the boss for a good minute. Overall, highly recommended and is now in my top 5 for games to play
Goated game, its like a mix of Deep Rock Galactic, Risk of Rain, and Borderlands all mixed into one. If you enjoy having fun or enjoy playing really good games, pick this one up. also much more playable singleplayer than other hoard shooters.
it good
its fun ngl kinda feels like ultrakill and a lil bit of warframe
This game is a hoot. Fun every time I play and each update makes pretty large strides in both qol and general content. Hope the devs can keep it up
my head hurts
I love this game. The game-play loop is very fun and does not get boring very quickly. the upgrade system is EXCELLENT and makes my brain tingle, and the ouroboros mode exemplifies this by having a TON of repeatability just by having new mod setups and combos to try that i normally wouldn't. i like most of the characters, however, i don't know if its just me but some feel much more enjoyable than others.
