Reviews
I went into this really wanting to like the game. I love kaiju and kaiju games, and there really isnt a standard kaiju fighting game out there. Firstly a positive, the characters are cool looking, and the presentation and art in general is pretty cool! The game also has a decent amount of content, in theory. Now the negatives. Firstly I looked at the controls menu, and it was so weird, it was incomprehensible. I just wanted to know what buttons did what, but was hit with a weird menu and a bunch of symbols that I dont understand. Such a simple thing that I really needed. So I opened up the training mode, this really showed how weird controls were. I am playing on a xbox controller, I could not back out of the menu, and to select I had to press X? And when I selected my guy, I had to select the cpu, but I needed to do this with the keyboard. Then once I was in the game. The Animations looked horrible, and I could just not figure out the controls. It all felt bad, unresponsive and lazy. There didnt seem to be any combos, only single button press attacks. But I wanted to try the story mode which the game said it had. I selected that mode, and character. Was shot through a really weird menu transition, and then into the game. In which the Ai opponent locked me into a perpetual hurt state, I could not move or get a single hit in, it killed me in less then 20 seconds. It was so fast and aggressive. My mouth was on the floor for how terrible of an experience this is. Now finally the price of this terrible experience, was $29 CAD after tax. This should be like $5. So of course I have to refund this abomination. I am really sad at the state of this game, I was hopping for a fun little kaiju fighter. I hope the devs lower the price and really look into fixing this game. If they do I would love to give it another chance. But for now, do not buy this game. I give it a 1/10.

its a pretty cool primal rage tribute game, I do wish there was a bit more to it tho considering I just bought it and have beaten it twice already...
