Mushroom 11

A small but very well done little game with a fantastic twist on traversal game play. Super satisfying to erase your little amoeba to grow it in a specific direction, thus moving it forward. It took me a bit to get used to it, but then felt really good once I got the hang of it. Does become really tricky towards the end but then the end itself felt very satisfying. Quite nice visual story telling as well.

Overall, a very unique puzzle game, with an excellent presentation. Intriguing, with fun gameplay, but tedious, and even frustrating at times. The frustration stems from the randomness of its core gameplay feature and often random difficulty spikes in the puzzles themselves. Despite the seemingly luck-based rng frustrations, the game wasn't awfully long, didn't overstay its welcome, and felt rewarding upon completion.

controls are so janky, most of the game is about struggling with the controls, other half is about hoping that the damn mushroom extends far enough. the epilouge was almost 30 minutes of me trying to finish it but just bouncing around thanks to the godawful water physics. music was alright tho. I can't say if it's for you but is sure as heck isn't for me.

Amazing vibes in this game! Once you get used to the movement system you starting flying through levels and having a blast. I wish it got more attention on release! 10/10

cant believe this came out 2015, way ahead.

It's unique, some times well fiddly and lucky but great fun erasing stuff. Highly recommended.
