Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.
Reviews, worldwide (the counter carries no country): 0/day in the week to Jul 30 → 0.14/day in the week after.
For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 26 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 7 places towards #1, and the 2,400 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

The Fourth game by D'Avekki Studios, as with each game there is something familiar and something new. It is a FMV game, but this time it is the first of their games where they have added a 3D-graphic gameplay section. As you work three nights as a nightwatch for the art gallery Argenta. The gallery Argenta is displaying the art of murdered artist Mordechai Grey, located on a most perculiar island of Mirlhaven. An island which seems to have a most odd history. You use putting up paintings in the correct place and order to get video clues to help you solve who murdered Mordechai Grey. Murderous Muses is another hit in my books. The acting and writing is superb yet again, as I've come to expect from D'Avekki Studios. The sound design and music is also fantastic. I can highly recommend this game to people who like FMV, Mystery and puzzle solving games.
Murderous Muses

My first hour with Murderous Muses was horrible. I didnt know where to go, I tried all the wrong things in order to do something in this game. And after running around in its art gallery for a while I felt like the developers arent that skilled in 3D environments. The fact that it took me an hour to finally reach the start of the actual gameplay loop also feels rough in hindsight, but it might take you this long as well. As soon as I understood what Murderous Muses allows you to do, I was absolutely hooked though. It's basically like Sam Barlows game Her Story. There is a convoluted plot told through interviews which are cut into little pieces and served to you in a random order. Finding out the backgrounds of all its protagonists is really engaging, because this game doesnt hold back and gives you layers over layers of secrets. Any time you think you're done it raises a new question grabing your attention for another multiple hours. Its plot is very well crafted to the same degree as it's purposefully campy. Whereas basically everyone can play Her Story though, Murderious Muses is built more like a video game. There are a lot of buttons, puzzles and 3D environments. So even though it's basically a movie, you cant play it with a group of filmloving friends over the course of an evening.
Confusing at first, but it's designed to have a few playthroughs and definitely has some clever mechanics so it's worth sticking with it.
I am a fan of D'Avekki's works. I went in with an open mind, having played the rest of the games, and knowing that there were some mixed reviews. My goal was to find my own footing, going in blind like how I went into Immortality. It was so meaningful in Immortality when I stumbled upon the story in my own way, so that is what I wanted to do in this game. I did maybe three playthroughs before looking anything up, and I felt quite dumb because I did miss out on
the police interviews and that I could keep the urns in that side room
. I was just basing the killer on
the actual story bits that dont change haha
, but I thought I was just bad at guessing, as proven by the other games haha. After that, I understood why people would not recommend it, since it is not obvious how you should play, but I don't think that's a bad thing! I enjoyed learning while going, and if you keep this in mind, you will enjoy the game too! I also wanted to add that I like how, since Dekker, theyve experimented with the style of choosing a word and getting an answer from the character related to that word. The early days of Dekker could be quite frustrating figuring out what to say to get the character to give a good answer. Then with shapeshifting detective, they gave you multiple choices. I really like how in this game,
there are many words, so with each clip, the player has to put the story together in their head, figuring out the timeline, plus with the help of those side character rooms paintings
. Love how D'Avekki is constantly evolving ! Looking forward to more.
Propagates the climate lie.
Not for everyone but I love it!
I wish there was a "meh" option. Got this in a bundle, not the best FPV but not the worse. Closer to worse then best to be honest. Very hard to figure out without internet, but once you get the point/purpose its a fantastic concept. Figuring out the murderer is slightly harder than you think, but the low quality "overacting" makes it harder to decide. I would pay no more than 5 for this.
They've cracked it with this one. An FMV game that's actually fun to play AND replay especially if you're into detective stories and mysteries. There's multiple mysteries and layers to keep unravel here starting with the randomly generated whodunnits and different killer outcomes. On top of that you have the Chthulu like lore of the island, the mystery of the gallery itself and the separate stories and mysteries of the muses. It's all a fantastically designed layered package and will probably be seen as one of the best and most underrated FMV games ever made in time
As a lover of FMV games, this really delivered. Thoroughly enjoyed Murderous Muses and can't recommend it enough
