No es ningún spoiler.

HISTORIA
[*]Aunque indica logros no posee actualmente ninguno. [/olist]
If you like classic NES games like Castlevania or Ninja Gaiden, you will like this game. The deep simplicity of retro games, with some modern quality of life additions. The controls are responsive and simple. The look is beautiful 8bit. The music is top notch. The game is built to be played multiple times to beat your own speed. It has a timer built in. Again, if you like the classic stuff, just buy this game, its great!
Fun, short, tasty chiptunes, and you can pet a dog.
I thought it was gonna be easy at first. Then I got past the first few screens. Then it made me cry! Genuinely didn't expect the game to be this good. Well designed, and the music is amaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaazing! Good thing I got a game guide with hints and tips for this game!
The hopping hamburgers are troll.
Great authentic NES feel
As one of many thirty-somethings who remembers "them days" of gaming yore, it's easy to yawn when you see yet another throwback side-scroller that claims to be in the vain of Castlevania, Contra, Ninja Gaiden, or Metroid. Lots of anticipation builds up to what amounts to be a by-the-numbers experience, with music being forgettable. Street Cleaner: The Video Game promises you nothing. It's point is direct, and it lets the gameplay (and especially the music) do the talking. As if it actually was a game from yesteryear, it lets the explosive cover art and learn-as-you go no ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ mechanics seep into your bones. However, unlike the NES classics this takes heavy inspiration from, I didn't feel like this game was impossible. Yes, of the roughly two hours I spent playing it, half of that was failing miserably during the final mission, but like any game worth it's salt, there are lessons to learn through your failures and knee-jerk maneuvers that lead to your inevitable demise. Perhaps the horde of Souls-Like experiences of the last decade have finally taught us the joy of learning through suffering, and this game excels at this. Though I died constantly, I was hooked from the get go. Death came as a result of my own overconfidence, and not paying close enough attention to the insanely detailed "tells" Brooks and company have programmed into the sprites. Die enough (or be born good, I can't speak for anyone but myself) and you'll start to notice the excellent animations detailing your enemies next move. Bosses went from "♥♥♥♥ you!" to "hey it's all good" once I could establish a flow and treat each fight as a dance. Dancing. Every encounter is a dance. This is such a sneaky flavor thrown into the gameplay, perhaps one only my brain acknowledges, but bravo to Jesse Bishop for taking his signature gritty style and fitting it to the movement of this so wonderfully designed experience. I already have a bias towards these types of games. I would also be lying to you if I didn't acknowledge my own bias towards the developers, being a friend to one-half of the team. That being said, I've seen a lot of friends and talented acquaintances try their hand at pumping out a game, and more often than not, it's a flash in the pan novelty. I can't tell you how many half-baked ideas of my own I've had that I told myself I would make into a short experience that have ended as mangled RPG Maker and Unity templates. Knowing the Creaky Lantern team, and Jesse Bishop's own commitment to personal and professional excellence in his artistry, I had higher than normal hopes. Yet I wanted to make sure I said nothing about this game until playing it front to back, pushing my own personal opinion to the side and doing to this game what we would do with sharing musical ideas: don't ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ the other party. Creaky Lantern, I detect zero ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥. You are two grown adults who live and breath the art you have made. This is not only an aesthetically pleasing short trip (with added replay value I look forward to experiencing), and aurally enticing ripper, but an extremely well-designed video game. Your influences are worn on your sleeve, but the sleeve has been melted into your flesh and has become a part of you, and you, too, have become a permanent part of the history of side-scrolling action gaming. I have very high hopes for what you two do next. This will be hard to top, don't disappoint us.
it's ok. it's not great. the movement's really drifty and the attack feels laggy. just ok................
Great game, amazing sound track. If you haven't checked out Street Cleaner as an artist now is the time.
If you are a indie platformer junkie, this is a no brainer. Too difficult? That can be adjusted as well. :) :) :) GET ER DONE
