Mr. Goofer’s Mini Game Arcade Party!

The ATARI 2600. In Germany it came out in 1982. My first Console, my first Games. Simple Games but tons of Fun. Easy to learn, mostly hard to Master. Today we call it Retro and look how Gaming has evolved in About 40 Years. Here on Steam i love to find Retro Games. And then a Developer knocked at my Lair and brought me this. Welcome to MR. GOOFERS MINI GAME ARCADE PARTY! At first i have to say sorry that i cannot Show you Screenshots this Time. It is not supported. Starting this Pearl gave me an instant Timewarp to the Past. The Screen feels like i´m standing in Front of an good old Arcade Machine. That´s sooo amazing! You start with a simple Game where you can move left and right to catch falling Coins to get Points. But be carefull, Dynamite is falling, too and makes you go boom! Reach a Special amount of Points and you will unlock the second Game. Here you have just to Jump over Barrels. Reach the wanted Points and you unlock the next Games. Yes, you have to unlock more Games by playing Games. Over 20 Games are waiting for you. And what a Variety of Games. Shooting, Plattforming, Sports, Maze, Adventure and and and! The Games are all inspired by good old Retro Games of the 80´s. Simple Games, easy to learn and sometimes hard to master. Each with a Leaderboard for the Point Hunters. The Graphics are totally charming and that goes especially for the Soundtrack. I LOVE that Music. While i´m writing this, the Developer is planing to publish the Soundtrack, too. Be sure that i will get it fastly. MR. GOOFERS MINI GAME ARCADE PARTY! is an absolut Retro Pearl for nostalgic older Gamer as also for younger Gamer who want to experience how we played 40 Years ago. Play with Keyboard or Joypad. To get the maximum Retro Feeling use the Joypad! A very, very big thanks to the Developer for this really wonderfull nostalgic Journey. Your Game really Needs more Attention. Ich finde die Idee echt schön, dass man viele alte Spiele in einem vereint mit einem niedlichen Biber, der einem am Anfang ein Ständchen singt xD Die Minispiele sind aber nicht so easy, sondern erfordern extreme Konzentration. Darum kann ich es nicht lang an einem Stück spielen. Aber wenn man mal ne Kleinigkeit zu zocken sucht, findet man es hier definitiv^^

Very fun game and I enjoy the intro song. The goal is to beat a mini game and reach a specific score to try out the next mini game. Some games are casual while others require speed running. Fair warning though, some minigames require a lot of trial and error. Just take your time and learn the mechanics. Had a lot of fun playing all these mini-games! The presentation rules, from the art to the soundtrack. The skill ceiling can feel a bit high at times, but there is a good amount of variety in what mini-games are provided. Some games do feel better on the controller than with keyboard, but keyboard is really the main way to play here. My only criticism is that I wish all the mini-games were unlocked from the jump so I could pick the order of how I completed them, or if I got stuck on a mini-game, I could work on something else. But, I enjoyed the game enough where it isn’t a major complaint. If I read correctly, I believe the developer said this is their first (or one of their first) games, so it’s even more impressive how cool this game is.
