About
Seamless cross-server travel enables real-time combat and exploration, offering the longest visibility range in an MMORPG. Players can access any visible location either on foot or via mounts, providing an uninterrupted and immersive gaming experience.
Forge your destiny in the player-driven fantasy world of Mortal Online 2, populated by other players who bring with them their own unique experiences and content. Whether you wish to be an artisan providing masterfully crafted arms and armor, a member of a powerful faction that occupies a region of the world, a tamer training rare and exotic beasts, a highwayman robbing others, or a noble soul seeking to protect the weak from outlaws and beasts—The story of your journey will be written through your actions, and you choose the direction of each chapter.
From the bustling cities of a once-great empire to gloomy volcanic wastelands, frigid ice-capped mountain peaks to sweltering hot jungles full of beasts stalking through the undergrowth, fog-blanketed bamboo forests to dark caverns unexplored for centuries—the world of Mortal Online 2 is huge and brimming with creatures, secrets, resources, and opportunity.
With four races and the option to mix multiple bloodlines within each race, you can forge a character perfectly tailored to your intentions. In addition to deeply customizing your character’s appearance, you can also build your character the way you’d like without the limit of being bound to classes. Invest in a large variety of impactful armor, weapons, and spells. Choose from an extensive list of unique skills and train them to master them—And if your chosen journey leads you down a new path, freely retrain your character as you see fit.
Mortal Online 2 offers you the choice to play the way you want to, whether alone or with others, with an expanding list of content to facilitate different styles of gameplay. Master numerous in-depth professions such as fishing, armor and weapon crafting, alchemy, and butchery; scour dark dungeons for rare spells to add to your collections; construct and furnish your home with a growing list of decorations; pick rare herbs to sell in far away lands for a profit; or gather together a band of like-minded adventurers into a guild and claim a castle. No matter the direction you take, your time in Nave will be unlike any other—entirely your own and always a part of its history.
Mortal Online 2 is a world full of impactful choices and consequences. With the exception of placing your items in a bank, almost everything—from armor to gathered resources—will be dropped on your death. This danger exists not only in the monsters and environmental hazards, but from other players as well. Guilds clash, duels are fought, and some may even take up the role of highwayman—all using real-time directional action combat. In a world shaped by conflict, every skirmish could spark something that changes the history of Nave forever.
The world remains large without fast travel, and if you choose to leave the well-guarded settlements and venture into the wilds—it can be dangerous. Many beings exist to be discovered, powered by a dynamic system allowing them to not always be found in the same spot. Encounter skittish deer-like springboks to gargantuan trolls that can throw fully-armored soldiers like toys. Whether you seek to collect rare items, tame a beast to fight by your side, or hunt down a rare creature, the possibilities presented by the world are many, and growing.
In Mortal Online 2, the actions of the players decide the social landscape and very gameplay environment in which you play. Whether it’s a house you happen upon in the wilderness, a guild who claim ownership over a region, a list of goods and animals available for purchase on a local auction house—Players, just like you, did all of it.

Your game is broken. I cannot play it because of your broken login server/queue ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥. Fix your ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ game please.
terrible game
Playing this game requires sitting in a login queue for 2-4 hours and if you disconnected or logout you have to wait again. Server has a capacity well below active player base
For me the positives are: - Beautiful world. - Unique and interesting crafting - Dungeons and Dragons style character build with tons of skills and limited points that result in many unique builds tweaked for specific play styles. - Interesting combat - Immersive af. (1st person, area voice chat, good looking) - Builds can require you to get all sorts of items from different parts of the world having you travel and go on quests and adventures on your own or with friends, which is a great way to give players purpose and opportunities for quests without an artificial quest giver. As for the negatives: - There's some jank. (Very tolerable imo) - Little PVP guardrails - Toxic community overal who loves griefing. I got mixed feelings about this one. On the one hand it's easily the best MMORPG I've played. It is truly an RPG with a lot of freedom in the way you build your character and interact with the world and other players. It's a sandbox, no quest lines just locations, bosses, random chests, dungeons, cities, players and territory control. The world is yours to explore, harvest, fight, master etc. On the other hand it's a grief fest and getting pk'ed and relieved of your belongings as often as in this game it's just not fun. It's not even gear fear as you can get a new decent gear set for 75g (around 20 - 30m of sea weed farming). It's just that at some point it just becomes a nuissance, losing pets, stuff you farmed, place where you were on the map, etc. At the end of the day the game would benefit from PKs having harsher or longer penalties for PKing. Or maybe having a server where there are rotating PK zones, or even a server where PK penalties are much harsher, or even zones where PK isn't penalized and zones where it's heavily penalized. Without safe-ish areas where new players can get on their feet, make friends and thrive, most will leave. SteamCharts speaks for itself. In short, I love the game, but it doesn't respect my time. And it's not even the game's fault, it's the current player base really who have nothing better to do than kill anybody they come accross, which is a shame because other than that Mortal Online 2 is an amazing title. PS: I did find some people who were cool, and helped me out, even doing some hunts with them. But eventually everybody leaves the game due to the same thing. They just keep getting PK'ed an unreasonable amount of times and go away. Also 15€\month is a bit steep.
Not worth the sub, was fun to check out with the free month. Mass exploits make the game not worth grinding out when you know your going to go up against someone with 10x the resources you have
Do NOT buy. I really wanted to get back into this, heard about the NA server thought it would be a good time to try again. But, the problems started with just trying to login, 356 minute que to just login! 3 days later I try again with a 201 minute que to login. That is about all I need to know. Who produces a game that can only allow 3000ish? players to be logged in. This company.
Probably I would be impressed by this 10 years ago... probably. In 2026 these poor swordfight mechanics for a monthly subscription is a bit of a confidence issue. Craft is nice, tho not sure I'm ready to invest 500 hours to make a decent soup (I probably would if the game was more interesting overall)
Very bad. Waited 2 hours and finally got User not found and back to 400+ in the queue. Don't waste your time on this. Start Vault doesn't even care.
⭐ NOT RECOMMENDED (10/10, would get ganked again) Playtime: 145 hours. Sanity: 0 hours. Mortal Online 2 is what happens when Skyrim and a Darwin Award ceremony have a baby, and that baby is raised exclusively by 13 guys named Kevin who live in a Discord voice channel. Let's talk immersion first, because it's genuinely unreal. You can feel the wind. You can hear your horse's stomach digesting hay in real time. You can craft a sword from ore you personally mined for six hours while a bear watched you from the bushes, patiently, like a landlord waiting for rent. The world of Sarducaa is gorgeous, alive, and utterly indifferent to your feelings — which brings me to point two. The grind. Oh, the grind. This game doesn't have a leveling curve, it has a leveling cliff face, and you are expected to free-solo it with your bare hands. I spent 45 real-life minutes running to a quest marker, got excited, took one step into a "dangerous" zone, and was promptly turned into a red mist by a naked man on a giant chicken who had clearly been camping that exact bush since the Clinton administration. My items? Gone. My hopes? Gone. My horse's beautifully rendered digestive system? Also gone, presumably digested by something else. Which brings me to the PvP, aka the actual core gameplay loop: Random People Killing You: The MMO. There is no "why," there is no warning, there is just vibes and violence. You will be minding your own business, gathering flowers for some crafting quest like a little forest fairy, and then six guys in full plate will descend on you like the world's angriest HOA meeting. The "punishment" for murder is a stern look from the game and maybe a fine you'll never pay because you already logged off crying. Honestly, the whole experience is what happens when autism meets ADHD and they decide to co-found a business. The autism is in the insanely deep, hyper-detailed crafting and combat systems — you WILL learn metallurgy, you WILL learn horse anatomy, you WILL learn 40 different ways to angle a longsword. The ADHD is the fact that none of that matters because in 3 seconds a stranger is going to full-loot you and you'll have to start over, distracted, dopamine-starved, and somehow already queuing up to do it again. It's basically Dark Souls if Dark Souls had a monthly subscription fee, no matchmaking, and your fellow players were the final boss the entire time. Pros: Genuinely one of the most immersive sandbox worlds ever made Horse has a digestive system (why. WHY.) You will learn real skills, like paranoia Cons: Naked chicken men Subscription fee on top of the grind on top of the ganking, truly a full loot triple threat You will lose 3 hours of progress to a guy named "xXx_BogWizard_xXx" and there's nothing you can do about it 10/10, please send help, also send more ingots I got jumped again.
Don't waste your time. Their login queues are over 400 everyday and you still can't login after hours. Keep failing. Owner Henrik don't seem to care and not responing in discord. Very bad PR approach.
