Modeled estimate, not a reported figure. How we estimate →
Each in the currency that store quoted — not converted: the gap between two rows is the publisher's pricing, not an exchange rate.
12 of 15 markets; the rest we haven't asked for this title, not markets where it is unavailable.
Availability
We put this game to every storefront we collect. A market that answered not sold has told us something about the game; a market we never asked has not, and the two are never drawn the same.
Charts
Each storefront's own chart, in its own country — the closest public signal to sales where none is published. A country missing from a list is one we don't collect there, not one where the game doesn't chart.
No United States chart position — it charts only in the markets below.
Discounts
Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.

12 on sale3 answered “not sold”0 we did not ask
The 3 “not sold” markets are read from the Steam price pass of Aug 30: that day the store answered for this game elsewhere and gave no price in those. The 12 priced markets are the same rows as the table above — each the latest price we hold, dated here when it is older than that pass. The 0 marked “not asked” were not put to this store at all — either it has no storefront there or we do not collect it yet, and neither is a statement about the game. A refusal is a refusal on one day; a store can list a title again tomorrow.
Reviews, worldwide (the counter carries no country): 13/day in the week to Jul 26 → 28.71/day in the week after.
Too few observations to say whether a discount moves this store's chart at all: across the last 30 days Steam · Top Sellers · Poland has just 18 day-to-day chart moves that followed a price cut, against 2,498 that did not. We are publishing the count instead of a direction — 20 is the fewest we will draw a conclusion from, and price collection outside the United States began on 6 August 2026.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

buena
For those who simply don't got time to skim through the ramblings of a bitter old man (28), i'll just leave this to simmer in the ether, short and simple: if Mortal Kombat 1 came out at a time when the industry was less savvy on how willing and able people are to eat literal ♥♥♥♥ from an ass just so [product] can numb their brains for long enough and nothing more, this would have been one of my favourite games of all time. A far cry from perfect even under more ethical circumstances, but rarely my favourite games are, as is the case for MK Deception. Now, what do i mean by that? Allow me to explain *SNORT* Invasions mode, among all facets of this deceptively big game, is what got hurt the most by the mindset behind modern game development, and it's such a tragedy because if not for what i'm gonna describe shortly, it represents nearly everything i'd want out of single player fighting game content. I love me some Soulcalibur, i love me some Dissidia Duodecim, i love to see the numbers go up, the loadouts, the type chart, the RPG bollocks that those who want a more pure fighting game experience may not jive with, and the Invasions have so much of that and even more, atop an incredible variety of stipulations, minigames, unique encounters and boss battles. It's a delightfully fun and creatively put together mode at its very core, but like Netherrealm is known to do, they come up with a good thing and then they do everything in their power to ruin it. I bought Mortal Kombat 1 when the Sub Zero themed season was close to its conclusion, fought two thirds of the way through the various mesas over the course of a couple days, then the season ended and i had to start all over again. Tutorial pop-ups included. Where the ♥♥♥♥ do i begin? Like, what is someone in my position supposed to do here? Oh, i'm sorry, if you want to complete an Invasions season either create a cheese build and speedrun through it, not having any fun and neglecting all other parts of the game, or wait a few days until WE THE DEVELOPERS are gonna allow YOU THE COSTUMER WHO PAID REAL MONEY TO BUY OUR GAME to do it at a more reasonable pace. And it would be bad enough if this disregard of the player's free time limited itself to the passing of seasons, but noooo! We gotta go all the way in. Level design is hard, you guys! Why instead of placing appropriately balanced items in each shop don't we just randomize them every half a hour? And while we're at it, let's bottleneck the permanent currency (because yes, there is also seasonal currency that resets at regular intervals, alongside the one that you have to pay real money for) through daily challenges that take 10 minutes at best to beat and leave you high and dry for the next 24 hours. And of course the permanent currency can only unlock randomized loot, we wouldn't want the players to feel like they are in any control of their own experience, would we? And then we have the Towers of Time, timed events as you surely deduced, randomized as you most definitely already knew, with one that allows you to win (randomized) content from previous seasons, and you have to pay in-game currency to partecipate, currency that is scarce to come by. I know there is many fellow gamers with low standards who may question why i care so much about any of this, if they have the attention span to make it this far. It's not that serious lil bro, consume product get excited for next product, what-have-you. I just think stuff like this strips away a game of its "soul", which is a Twitter term but it's appropriate enough. It cheapens the game, it drags it down from being a work of art to a product that is structured to maximise profits during gameplay when that dynamic should begin and end at me making the purchase on Steam. I PAID MONEY FOR THIS GAME. AAAA. I dismiss free-to-play garbage specifically because i don't wanna deal with retarded ♥♥♥♥ of the sort, ♥♥♥♥ off. I'll say: there is so much wrong about Invasions that has nothing to do with what i just complained about. The balancing of certain minigames is all out of wack. The Test Your Mights, the input challenges and some of the other gimmicky ones can be completed in seconds and pose no challenge of any kind, while others skew more towards being complete ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥, those that require you to switch sides like in MK Mythologies with the left trigger can be super annoying to maneuver in specific, and the 3 round gauntlets with those ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ squirrels you can in no way get rid of make me wanna crack my skull against the monitor. But i don't think the way you can so easily overlevel was a mistake, i saw someone talking about Invasions as a "second monitor" mode, and that really put it all in perspective. It's not about the challenge or the whimsy or anything that is well-meaning, it's about numbing your brain, like i said at the beginning of the review. That's what videogames are, for very rich people with a lot of power in the tech world, and for the plentyful vermin that would tell you you're a gatekeeper for demanding something better. I have a theory about why Liu Kang created tarkat to be an illness instead of a race. I think it's kinda his version of AIDS, something he did for a laugh, to entertain himself during the eons of solitude. I can just imagine him describing AIDS to Geras while he was reshaping the timeline, snickering and all of that, "then Mileena is gonna catch that ♥♥♥♥ and ohhh, the drama that will unfold, my dearest friend." "there's this guy named Kung Jinn, you know? What if we did something REALLY funny?" "That Baraka fellow always rubbed me the wrong way. I'll show him the business." and so forth. And Geras will reluctantly nod in approval, not quite able to grasp the concept of mortality and sexuality-oriented discrimination. You know i'm right.
jogo muito bom, recomendo.
