i give this game a good 8/10. Very fun once you lock in a kombo but also can be very rage inducing if you dont react on time or if mess up in the middle of a kombo. but solid story for sure !

this game is so bad
absolutely hate what netherrealm did, they should have somehow killed off liu kang after defeating kronika in mk11 so the universe would be blank and it would have been the perfect end, and instead of mk1 they could have remade the original games including the spinoffs. didnt even play the full story yet but this game sucks ass

I'm certainly no MK head but I gotta give the game credit. The presentation here is gorgeous and runs very well. Story I sort of snoozed through though LOL! My one major gripe with the game is the need for the whole game to be tethered to and needing an online connection. The Invasions mode was enjoyable with the various types of matches and challenges. Although I will say I'm not a fan of how live-servicey this series has become. Time sensitive events and fights are just not fun, at all. Overall though, this game was a fun ride. Get it on a sale!
