Modeled estimate, not a reported figure. How we estimate →
Each in the currency that store quoted — not converted: the gap between two rows is the publisher's pricing, not an exchange rate.
12 of 15 markets; the rest we haven't asked for this title, not markets where it is unavailable.
Availability
We put this game to every storefront we collect. A market that answered not sold has told us something about the game; a market we never asked has not, and the two are never drawn the same.
Charts
Each storefront's own chart, in its own country — the closest public signal to sales where none is published. A country missing from a list is one we don't collect there, not one where the game doesn't chart.
No United States chart position — it charts only in the markets below.
Discounts
Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.

most of the game is fine, better than 11, happy to see Khameleon back, though i wish i could play as her. its an instant no because the game BLATANTLY cheats, and its not subtle either, its stuff like giving an enemy 10k+ health and 99% damage reduction just randomly in any tower with no way of defeating them, just EXPLICITLY to force you to quit. oh, and as a nice turd in the punch bowl, if you choose any of the "easy" settings for story mode, they're actually scaled to hard mode. just as a way to piss all over casual players. so to the Devs, personally, from the bottom of my heart... go ♥♥♥♥ yourselves. seriously if you cant design a game to play fair and have to resort to pulling Injustice and Injustice 2 levels of cheating and unfair game play, maybe game development isn't for you, go find another line of work. i suggest the DMV, seeing as you like torturing people for absolutely no good reason. on another note the network isn't great either, keep getting disconnected every few tower clears, and the challenges sometimes dont register when you do the things they need

12 on sale3 answered “not sold”0 we did not ask
The 3 “not sold” markets are read from the Steam price pass of Aug 30: that day the store answered for this game elsewhere and gave no price in those. The 12 priced markets are the same rows as the table above — each the latest price we hold, dated here when it is older than that pass. The 0 marked “not asked” were not put to this store at all — either it has no storefront there or we do not collect it yet, and neither is a statement about the game. A refusal is a refusal on one day; a store can list a title again tomorrow.

For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 25 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 10 places towards #1, and the 2,413 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

Bought this when it came out on consoles, and finished the story. Couldn't bring myself to finish all the character towers for the endings because the writing was so bad. But then I thought, maybe I'll give it another try on PC since its on sale and all the DLC is out. But nope, still terrible. This has to be the most uncreative, sterile, corporate product MK ever made... maybe the worst Mortal Kombat game in general too. That's not even taking into account that what they did to Tanya is basically a war-crime...
Well, for a Mortal Kombat fan, I have to say I am really disappointed: - No 2nd fatality - No Krypt - No memorable story line (the new story is awful) - Shaders and cache take so long - No interaction with the environment and the stages - No stage Fatality Honestly, past MK games such as Armageddon or Deception were full of new ideas and innovation but these recent games are only a downgrade!
Do I ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ love spending 30 minutes waiting on disk cache and shader cache to prepare EVERY time I launch the game
Zerei a história principal e a expansão, e saí bem satisfeito.
Mortal Kombat 1 conseguiu me prender tanto na história quanto no competitivo. Valeu cada hora jogada.
MK11 washes the floor with MK1 the Kameo system is trash
Gameplay: I can see why this game died young. The same stiff controls and command gimmicks. The only thing new here is the Kameo feature, which I honestly don't care nor use. I would probably just play a game like MVC if I want assists. News flash for the DEVS: There's a reason why MKX and 90's MK2 are the most popular choices, they have a rich and dark atmosphere to go along with the gore, and they are fast paced with lots of room for player experimentation. Story: The story only excels at having the characters placed into some beautiful environments. It lacks just about everything else, especially any fresh idea or creativity. I don't believe that anyone should expect grand storytelling from a fighting game, but this time around its as if they didn't even attempt at making something interesting and compelling. The writers were probably trying to be funny and pay homage to a lot of pop culture and franchise references, but it became repetitive and unfunny way too soon. If you are curious about where the majority of story steals its ideas without too much of a spoilers, then think about the Marvel franchise. I guess its no surprise that along with stolen story, the guest characters are also movie icons. Graphics: This might be the only thing that this game has going for it. NRS has been consistent with upgrading their games visually if nothing else since as long as I can remember. Fatalities: I get it, they are the franchise's signature but isn't it time to retire these long cutscene glamour deaths for the more quick brutality function? I mean who wants to waste 45-60sec between Fatal Blows and Fatalities when they could be playing the game. Finishers are relics of the arcade era where it drew a crowd and gave the performer some clout, today it is simply a waste of time. All of the time used to design these things should've been better spent on the actual core gameplay. Extras: Other modes and events did not interest me enough to spend any significant amount of time on. In order for me to appreciate something like Towers and Invasions, I'd have to actually have fun with the base game. Conclusion: MK1 is an attempt to reinvent itself, but instead relies on old systems and a new Kameo gimmick in the hopes of being "fresh". A true rework would perhaps be better inspired from just about any other fighting game out there, especially the big ones like SF and Tekken. Fast and smooth, not rigid and gimmicky. IMO, there needs to be a shakeup at NRS because clearly their recent decisions are not working. If this is simply WB intervention, then perhaps its time for the game to retire.
great game overall, just wish scorpion was still hanzo hasashi with the blade and the kunai spear
