Each storefront's own chart, in its own country — the closest public signal to sales where none is published. A country missing from a list is one we don't collect there, not one where the game doesn't chart.
Discounts
Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.

Game is highly unstable. I'm playing on a 13900k with a gtx 4900, latest windows 11 and latest nvidia drivers and the game crashes every second dungeon. It's unplayable in this state. In beta it was far more stable. I this state I can't recomand it.
Addicted 100%, just like the first one. The first game took Zelda and brought into the modern era. This game does that for Ocarina, but also for things like Kingdom Hearts. Unlike those games, it has an effective skill tree. It may seem like a grind at first, but if you invest correctly and understand objectives, it won't tak long to become a killing machine - very satisfying

For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 24 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 9 places towards #1, and the 2,404 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

Moonlighter 2 is a great follow up to the original game, even though I have some considerations: - for unknown reasons, the game keeps "stuttering" in between levels and even during combat. That happens on both my PC and Steam Deck - loading times while entering/leaving the shop are weirdly long - I play with a gamepad and I can feel lag during intense combats I love the IP, love the soundtrack, it's charming, and I can tell there's a lot of love from the team. I wish they had more time to cook this game 'cause I believe it deserves a place amongst the great roguelites/roguelikes or whatever-rogue you want to name it. The mix of combat and shopping is amazing, the game is gorgeous, combat (when it works) it's fair and fun, with a great variety of weapons and perks, sweet NPCs and a world that after 26hrs, even if not perfect, keeps calling me back for more.
Уныло и лагает, разочарование.
How is this considered a 1.0 Release? Despite the bones of the game being enjoyable, there are so many deeply frustrating and bizarrely unfun design choices that keep this game from having that addictive "just one more run" feeling some of the best roguelikes have. First off, the balancing in the game does not feel great at all. For a game heavily built around dodgeroll mechanics, you would expect the dodge itself not to be sluggish and have weird invincibility timing. Enemies in the very first area of the game utilize aggressive tracking shots and AOE attacks, and you cannot interrupt attacks or your animations with your dodge. This leads to every hit you take feeling very cheap and most deaths in the game feeling intensely frustrating rather than fair. Some fo the bosses also feel unbalanced as they throw out tons of mechanics and builds that players might base their runs around. Second, there are strange bugs that also hamper enjoyment of the game, such as the Weapon Mastery quest being bugged and unable to proceed, and various instances of enemies' attacks still going off after death leading to some very cheap damage. Also for a game that is literally built around inventory management, it's astounding that there are no QOL features such as emptying all of your inventory after a run instead of manually adding one item at a time. Lastly, the progression in this game is nothing new to fans of roguelike games, with its incremental increases to damage, percentage increases for higher rarity buffs/loot, etc. but some of the choices for upgrades feel like cheap grinds. Examples would be having to upgrade the storage chest to hold more items (because somehow your backpack holds more items), and the healing fountains before bosses healing more instead of being a full heal. All in all, it's enjoyable but all these elements combined lead to an overall hampered experience which really invites the question of how all these rough elements made it past Early Access. I'll be putting this one down until these issues get ironed out.
Bitte Fixen!
Only bad thing I can think about is critical, the item collection, should have been from mobs like the first one, now we are just speedrunning getting chests it removes the expectation that X mob will give Y item, made the game worse in my opinion
Took me a second to understand why this had lower reviews. If you played the first Moonlighter, then I understand. It’s hard to beat that first-time experience. That said, if this is your first time playing in this world, I think you’ll have a good time. It’s super chill at times, then gets you going at others. They made a lot of changes from the first one, and honestly, I think they’re for the better. I didn’t really enjoy the first one that much, so I appreciate that they took some risks instead of just playing it safe. I’d rather have a developer take risks and try something new than become another COD that spits out the same trash over and over just because it worked once. 🥹
