Availability
We put this game to every storefront we collect. A market that answered not sold has told us something about the game; a market we never asked has not, and the two are never drawn the same.
Discounts
Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.

frickin epic insane lore
While the monster designs and the exploration are nice, the rng and grinding are too unfair, the game is too much of a time waste

14 of 15 markets; the rest we haven't asked for this title, not markets where it is unavailable.
14 on sale1 answered “not sold”0 we did not ask
The 1 “not sold” market is read from the Steam price pass of Sep 20: that day the store answered for this game elsewhere and gave no price there. The 14 priced markets are the same rows as the table above — each the latest price we hold, dated here when it is older than that pass. The 0 marked “not asked” were not put to this store at all — either it has no storefront there or we do not collect it yet, and neither is a statement about the game. A refusal is a refusal on one day; a store can list a title again tomorrow.

For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 23 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 14 places towards #1, and the 2,515 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

muito bom pokemon, aprenda no linux tive que usar scout em vez do proton pra rodar bem, fora isso, funciona perfeitamente
monster sanctuary is overall a very fun game with many different things to gush about, however the game is not perfect and there is a lot of things that i feel could be way better.
the graphics
this game looks really good, all of the monsters look very appealing with bright colors and each monster has a distinct look so you dont confuse one with another, the pixel art of the monsters gives them a chibi quality making the monsters very appealing to look at. the monsters arent the only part that is good to look at the world itself is really pleasing to the eyes, each area of the map is unique and different to one another, from the lush greens of the woods, to the open skies of mountain path, to even the dim, dark greys of the underworld. overall the game looks great however one small complaint i have is that i feel like your allies look a bit bland compared to the alchemists. it made me feel like i was pretty much alone in fighting them to preserve the sanctuary. the alchemists, however, look amazing. their design each gives off a threating and mysterious vibe. overall the game looks appealing with no flaws or hiccups in performance, the game looks very appealing in almost all areas if i were to grade it i would give it a 9/10
gameplay
there are many different areas of gameplay, with varied gameplay in terms of actions and quality each having their own personality
overworld/ exploration
monster sanctuary's overworld map is how most of the other gameplay comes together, pulling the other aspects of the game together. as a metroidvania the game dosent do a good job of being one. when going through the story most of the areas dont have many areas to backtrack to progress and most of the areas dont feel really connected. most of the rewards for exploring dont feel all that exciting to find (most of them are materials for upgrading your weapons, or sometimes a rare weapon) so it feels like most of the time you spend in a certain area following what feels like a semi linear path with a few areas to explore. i feel like this is due to the lack of powerups that allow you to change how you interact with the map and the lack of secret areas that go to other areas. one of the main rewards you get from exploring new areas is new monsters. however i feel like obtaining monsters shouldnt be tied to luck in any way, as i feel that almost forces grinding if you want all the monsters or just a specific one. i personally enjoy the metroidvania aspect of the game i just feel like it could have been handled better.
combat
the combat in monster sanctuary is just really good. there is no other way to put it. there are many different aspects to the combat, so to simplify i am going to break down each individual aspect of combat then come back with an overall summary.
basics
when you enter a wild monster encounter you are met with a screen showing six monsters in your team, showing all monster weakness, resists and elemental attributes. you get to pick up to three monsters to do combat, after that each monster gets one turn to do a basic attack, use an item, or use a skill. each time you deal a "hit" the combo counter goes up, increasing damage. you you can buff yourself or debuff the opposing monsters. your goal is simple: defeat the enemy monster.
keeper duels
keeper duels are mostly the same as wild encounters, however, there are a few very important differences. for one, both teams use their full team of six monsters and it goes until a keeper losses all usable monsters. the keeper who goes first only gets two turns on the first turn. after that its pretty much the same as fighting a wild encounter.
skill trees and equipment/ feeding
the main way your monsters gain power is through getting new skills and getting stronger equipment. new skills can either give you new or more powerful versions of skills, or they could give you powerful passives or stat ups. equipment is for more straight forward stat increases, however there are a few, more interesting equipment pieces. that give certain effects like, buffs, debuffs, and other powerful effects. you have space for one main weapon and three artifacts which mainly increase your offences, and some other stats depending on the weapon chosen. artifacts are where you can get most of the unique effects that equipment can offer. from starting the battle with a random buff, increasing direct and indirect damage, to giving massive stat increases if your monster is not shifted. most of the skill expression in this game is from looking at the skill tree and finding a set of skills that is just not only powerful for the monster using it, but also for the monsters in your team. and it is super fun to pick the perfect skills to best enable your team either through dealing tons of damage, tanking the tons of damage being thrown around, or supporting the tanks and damage dealers via healing, buffs, and debuffs.
Personally, I love the game and think it is completely worth the price, if you like gathering new monsters and like to grind and level them up. The game isn't hard too hard to start imo. but there are some stuff that takes a while to learn, such as how your monsters synergize with oneanother.
Great game, story, graphics, combat and music. This game is memorable and good. A great game for Pokemon fans, Metroidvania fans and RPG fans alike!
