Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.
Reviews, worldwide (the counter carries no country): 0.14/day in the week to Sep 9 → 0.86/day in the week after.

For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 26 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 7 places towards #1, and the 2,400 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

This game sucks. Gameplay is frustrating and is mainly typical trial and error rpgmaker horror "everything you touch kills you" , the story feels uninspired and the main character (I played using female aki) was really annoying and unempathetic at points where you'd want a character to take things seriously. Unlike Mad Father this game has no mission marker, supplemented by having a "hints" option, which worked well enough for me but was still more annoying and not an excuse for the overall low quality of the puzzles. Achivements are frustrating and the whole "choose your protagonist, it won't affect the story" is immediately ruined by the fact that there are seperate achievements for beating the story with both protagonists, essentially meaning you have to play the game and truth mode twice (four damn save files) to 100% it. Story Spoilers:
The Mad Father references in this game felt completely unearned and unjustified, especially with the laboratory just being in the school for some reason. At no point does the story even try to explain how the two games' incidents are connected instead lobotomizing Alfred for the sake of just being some monster in this game. Truth mode also hurts the story heavily, asking the player to somehow sympathize with Kurata, who is objectively a disgusting human being. Being bullied as a child does not excuse murdering two high school girls, and it's a super strange narrative choice to make Aki forgive him AFTER they see Kurata murdering both Misao and Ayaka. Yoshino also deserved no forgiveness for what she had done, and it bothered me to see Aki supposedly acting as if Misao was supposed to get over it.
Please don't play this and go play Mad Father, I think that game is one of the best rpgmaker horrors while this one sits on the opposite end of my list.

the plot is really shallow and the gameplay is alright. if you are tired of the "girl gets extremely bullied, assaulted, and tragically dies," trope that a lot of japanese writers seem to enjoy for some reason, steer clear of this game.. the only things that i truly enjoyed were the death gimmicks and the 'cheap' scares - someone described this game as more of like a death gallery, and it's true. death traps are everywhere, so you do die a LOT, but you are also able to insta-save basically the entire game. a good amount of them are pretty silly too; one of them is even called "bogus door" lol. just don't walk in expecting a good scare or a good plot. you're really just better off watching a playthrough video instead
I didn't play much, granted, but it's worse than mad father and its the same team so I'm expecting at the very least the same quality as Mad Father. The scare are pretty cheap, the game feels pretty cheap, its a death gallory and when you play games like the corpse party on PSP, the writing seems very weak in comparaison. The characters, the settings, it is so on the surface, so barely introduced, so bad that it does it a deservice and makes it so not engaging :(
VALE A PENA COMPRAR! Sua coleção de RPGMakers não estará completa sem esse. Um VERDADEIRO REMASTER.
A quick and dark RPG maker horror game! The original came out in 2011, and here you have the option to play either the 2017 definitive edition or the 2024 remaster. Both seem to be a little censored; the scenes I remember most from the original have been changed to be less gruesome and are no longer memorable. The story itself is still the same, though!
A classic RPG horror remade with updated sprites and story. Worth the price for the time and design.
If you liked the mad father remaster you'll love this one for sure. improved sprites and envirments. more replayablity after main game. fun to play mcs, interesting story, interesting plot twist. note: play both girl and boy mc at least once, you won't regret it.
。。(纯主观)
GREAT BUT VERY UNDERWHELMING 1. It's more expensive than Mad Father 2. Story fūck!ng shorter too like HELLO!? BUT as standalone it's great tho plot is cliched (spoiler :
gr@p!ng
)
I really enjoy playing rpg maker games and this game is one of the things I've been looking for. It was really a great experience. Recommended
but why the f*ck we saved PDF file Mr. Kurata.
