While it's easier and simpler than any single Armored Core game that From made concurrently to this, it's still a fun and funny arcade mecha romp that's hard to not enjoy.

edf graphics and humor + metal gear's wild fictional history formula which the real world somehow has loose similarities to + play like a slow armored core + japan's stereotype of america + michael bay explosions = fromsoft always delivers peak, i will buy the sequel/remake if they ever do one. criticism: some weapons just feel outclassed, makes it hard to try out different weapon combos especially when you have to research lvls by weapon category. machine gun is too good here, can shred new york crab boss in like 12 seconds on weakspot, easy money to eventually research everything else.

Certified President of the United States of America. Pretty short, so get it on sale. A product of 2004 with cheesy voice acting, level design, and weird balance. Alt tracks are fun, but each stage has unique music without them.

Such a fun, silly game. Much of the game's charm comes from the simply ridiculous voicelines, but even the general plot is so perfectly insane that everything continues to be hilarious for a long time. Combat is fun but feels pretty dated compared to newer entries in the genre, regardless it's a great time smashing up the US military with the presidential mech suit. I love it.

DO YOU LIKE ME NOW?????? Metal Wolf Chaos is like the Metal Gear Rising of the Armored Core franchise. I love it, one of my all time favorites but the Remaster has some tech issues that may never be fixed (Thanks Devolver), like game crashing when youre taking ur time on a lvl and some visual artifacts on ur crosshair. Richard Hawk is funny af too
