Al netto di un pacing altalenante, una narrazione che non sempre convince appieno, una storia troncata a metà di cui non vedremo mai il vero "missing link that completes the saga", rimane meraviglioso. Il gameplay è il suo punto di forza: fluido come mai prima d'ora, responsivo e divertente che conferisce al gioco un buon tasso di rigiocabilità, anche grazie alla infrastruttura stessa su cui si regge tutto The Phantom Pain. Un gioco di ombre e riflessi. Di fantasmi del passato. Vendetta e Unità. Una discesa infernale e oltre pur di riprendere ciò che si è perso. Senza fare sconti a nessuno. Senza una giusta causa. Un must have per chi ha amato l'intera Metal Gear Saga.

Учитывая что Кодзиме тупо не дали реализовать весь замысел, и просто доделать игру, лично для меня вышло все ровно очень хорошо! Сюжет хороший (хоть опять же, не закончен). Кат-сцены это кино (как и всегда у Кодзимы). Геймплей лучший в серии, особенно учитывая что он не закончен. Оптимизация и графика моё почтение, конечно полигонов для многих маловато будет, но визуальный стиль решает! Забавно как издатель отрубил разработку, учитывая что они сами буквально умоляли или заставляли Кодзиму продолжать серию, которая по задумке должна была закончится на 3й части... А затем сделали Дельту, видимо им денег с мобилок не хватило... Игра легенда, вызывает фантомную боль, по несуществующей завершённой версии игры.. Ты Биг Босс, и я Биг Босс!

Plays excellent on the steam deck. Very fun. Lots of content. Definitely the best combat in the series. Some missions feel like checking off a chore list. Still highly recommended.
